How can we improve New Mail?

document error notices and "problem" notices and provide fixes

"There was a problem!Failed to open message" Document how to resolve this and/or fix it immediately. I have older and newer drafts which open okay, only this one gives the notice and it's the one I need now.

    I prefer to keep it here. You did not give any particular info needs so is this just a belated auto response?? I have several drafts. One I needed gave that notice repeatedly. Why? Where is the draft and why would it not open as the others do? But after trying to open it several times it disappeared from my drafts folder!!! How strange!
