Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

As of 15-Aug-2026, my Yahoo Mail account (mails_shankar@yahoo.co.in) is using only 16.8 GB of storage, so the mailbox is not full.
However, I am currently unable to send or receive emails.
Could you please check whether there are any restrictions, security holds, or account-related issues affecting my mailbox and advise on the steps required to restore normal email service?

Your ads on the side are NOT epilepsy friendly
There needs to be an accessibility option so that flashing objects and ads with varying contrast aren't rotated alternatively on the screen. I wish I could sue you for what just happened. I shouldn't have to pay to have you not inflict neurological damage on me. Create an accessibility option or make your ads stills not video.

Yahoo Notepad
Notepad Discontinuation.
What a shame that Yahoo.mail discontinued the "Notepad" feature. It was a VERY important feature of the Yahoo Mail. It provided easy access to personal Notes for recommendations, names, web links, etc. like - repairs for home - Handyman, house cleaning, insurance agents, policy # and contact #'s for emergencies, Pest Control, addresses for relatives, restaurant recommendations, etc.
This feature has been a lifesaver for me to keep all my business & personal notes handy anywhere I have access to my emails. I don't know how I can survive without this now. Saving notes on a specific desktop…7th ranked -
