Access to receive SMS codes from Iran
Due to government sanctions, our access to receive SMS messages in Iran has been cut off. Meanwhile, for many of us, our recovery email for receiving verification codes was also Yahoo. Now, without the ability to receive the code via SMS, we have absolutely no way to log into our accounts. Why should we have to pay the price for the government's political actions? Why should receiving SMS be restricted for ordinary people in Iran? Personally, I handled all my work through my Yahoo email, and now I cannot access my primary account. Please resolve this issue

Better filtering of unwanted spam and **** email. More domain blocking capability.
When blocking spam, why do I have to take the extra step to deletee from my spam folder. It used to be done automatically when blocking the spam.

Bug in folder display on the new design of the Yahoo app for Android
On the new design of the Yahoo Android app introduced since yesterday (May 29th 2026), only a subset of folders are shown on the side bar by default and every time the user has to tap on the "More" option to get the full folder list. Moreover, the unread email count for each folder is no longer displayed next to the folder name, rendering folders practically useless as it is now impossible to know which folder has unread emails without checking every single one of them one by one.

Problems signing in
Please fix the way your web-based email system deals with Linux.

Can't read any emails on Yahoo Mail. The font is too small!!!!! Help, please.

Turn off "streaks"
I don't know why this new "streaks" feature was added, but it's juvenile and unhelpful. I very much want it to go away. I cannot find a setting to turn off the related notifications, animations and emails. Please turn them off or give me the option to turn them off!

An Essential function of yahoo mail got disappeared
Yahoo Contacts used to have a “select all” and bulk delete function, but in the new interface this feature is missing or inaccessible. This makes it extremely difficult to manage contacts efficiently.
