  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  5. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  8. Nuisance onlogin

    For what I use yahoo mail for I am quite happy with the security as it has always been. I do not want the nuisance of two step verification but from time to time, yahoo keeps blocking my login and forcing verification to one of the back up email addresses. Please stop imposing this, it's a nuisance whihc I do not need and do not want.

  9. Get rid of it

    It is too busy and confusing. Having Windows pop up in the center of the screen is annoying. Bring back the classic version now. Nobody asked for this, certainly not me. Quit making excuses you know how to fix you know how to bring it back you just don't want to be bothered

    Good day
    The 'Back" and ' up/down' triangles buttons above the emails on desektop should be larger and bolder.

    I prefer the select email squares on the desktop UI than the new version on the mobile UI

    Even with 2FA disabled I need my phone to authenticate, but the SMS code is never sent by Yahoo! What a ****** system...

  17. Yahoo Notepad issue

    Notepad has been deactived, but now I am able to download notes for my yahoo account - hemus21, it give download link after requesting and when I click on it , it goes to request download link again. Please fix this issue I am trying from couple of days

    Your spam filters don’t work well anymore. For the last few months, I have been getting a large, frequent number of spam emails. You don’t seem to offer a good way to stop or minimize them. It’s very frustrating. Do better!
