Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

Filter addresses
One of the filtering options should be to filter addresses. Blocking addresses one at a time is incredibly time-wasting. Over 2/3 of my blocked addresses include the word 'info'. Being able to filter addresses that include 'info' (or other options, such as .uk .br or .bo) would reduce my blocked senders list from over 750 to under 200.

Horrible spam emails should be blocked
I'm disappointed you don't completely stop these lude and rude emails that make it to my spam folder. I know they are in spam, but come on! F-bombs, sexual content, disguisting suggestions. You know they're bad; you shouldn't even let them through. They should be immediately blocked and denied.

I'm very disappointed you let emails through (even if they go to spam) with the subjects and **** in them that you let through. F bombs, sexual content, inappropriate language, disguisting suggestions. You know they are spam, they shouldn't even make it to my spam; they should be completely blocked, shut down, and denied. Ridiculous I have to be subjected to that.

Delete any spam with the words **, *, *, hard, wet, **, etc.--you get the idea. Why do I have to look at this at all? You're abusive.

Terrible service from yahoo
Yahoo does not provide any customer support. My work email has been stuck loading and not allowing me to open any emails or scroll past the first page of emails. Even after completing all the troubleshooting steps listed the issue remains. Yahoo has no help desk or service ticket I can submit to fix this issue that is now affecting my business. I will be forwarding my emails to gmail now since Yahoo doesn't have a working email service or provide any help when an issue arises.

I have used your email service for years, and frankly, I am sick of waiting for basic features. Why is Yahoo still trapped in the 2000s? Every other major email provider (Gmail, Outlook) allows users to upload their own custom background wallpapers.Your pre-selected themes are stale, and forcing users to look at your curated choices just to protect ad layouts or save server space feels cheap. It makes the entire platform look lazy and outdated.Stop ignoring your users. Delete multiple contacts (please!)
It seems there is no way to delete more than one contact at a time. As someone who needs to delete a ton of contacts from their "collection," I really, really hope that I don't have to delete all of these contacts one by one by one...
