Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Too much security
Why do I have to receive a text security code every time I log into my Yahoo e-mail address. Regardless of whether it's the same day and same device. I'm going through text confirmation multiple times a day. It's a huge waste of time. I might have to finally scrap this e-mail account and move to Gmail...

We want Yahoo to add features that can help us BLOCK emails from people or organizations that have deliberately refused to unsubscribe us after we've written to them severally on many occasions to unsubscribe us, yet, they deliberately refused to do so for many years. This is very traumatizing! "Naukrigulf" have refused to unsubscribe me for many years after I wrote to them severally. This problem is currently happening in my other Yahoo email Account.

Fix your synchronization
Sync times between devices and yahoo!mail are absolutely atrocious!
Why does it take hours for the web version to sync even a simple email deletion???

Fix the Create Split Screen prompt
When I drag a piece of mail to a folder, it can only move into the box about 2 centimeters before the "create split view" screen pops up and throws my cursor around. Really annoying!

Outlook/Hotmail rejecting Yahoo emails – IP 34.2.94.17 blocked (S3150)
Description:
Emails sent from my Yahoo Mail account to Outlook/Hotmail/Outlook.com.au recipients are bouncing with this error:“550 5.7.1 – Messages from [34.2.94.17] weren’t sent. Part of your network is on Microsoft’s block list (S3150).”
This means Yahoo’s outbound mail server using IP 34.2.94.17 is blocked by Microsoft.
Please escalate to the Yahoo Postmaster team to:
Request delisting for IP 34.2.94.17 from Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, or
Move my account to a clean outbound IP.
This issue is preventing me from emailing Outlook.com.au recipients.

Improve Technical Support
I chatted to complain I accidentally deleted (You have the Delete button RIGHT NEXT TO the Not Spam button) and item in Spam. I was told it could be restored if I submitted a ticket. I later received an email that just said "If you delete from any folder but Spam it goes into Trash". What the heck?? The two people aren't on the same page at all.
