Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

Cant find storage use data
I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

The mail storage limit should be 25GB globally
Currently the mail storage limit for Yahoo Mail seems to be 20GB for the USA and 15GB for the rest of the world. Yahoo Mail customers would appreciate a standard limit globally and this should be 25GB.

make it receive emails
for some reason, work related emails aren't being received since last week. there's no help from yahoo citing "Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available." My inbox isn't full, I've checked spam, filters and blocked senders. Furthermore, I don't understand your company's lack of help. I'm not a lesser user simply because I don't live in Europe or the US.

Have better costumer support
Yahoo customer care is the absolute worst. I have been trying to get help for 4days now and have yet been able to talk or chat with a real person. I guess human interaction and human decency is non existent at Yahoo

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

Difficulty accessing my account
I have been having a devil of a time Getting into my account. Today I have been blocked off. I am unable to use the account security suggestions as I do not own a cell phone; only a landline. I can go to gmail to get the numbers you send me to verify my identity, but today was the last straw because another block was set up when I went back to Yahoo that I tried to bypass by using former methods I can use, but they do not work any more it seems. Also Safari is also making problems…

More Sorting Capabilities
It would make sense to select "Unread" emails, then Sort by Sender. Also, I mentioned several times over the years that you should also be able to sort Sent items by To/Recipient.

Keep Notepad! Or at least keep it available and/or make it easy to download docs in usable form.
I'm wondering if there is a way that I can download my Notepad files and use them without having to manually rename them all? It seems like it would be good customer service on Yahoo's part to make this possible;).
Also, truthfully I'm just a bit unsure why Notepad disappeared within days of the email notification despite the email saying Jan 15, 2027 . From the email "The Yahoo Notepad feature will be discontinued on 15 Jan 2027. Until then, you can continue accessing and downloading your notes." The Notepad has disappeared from my email page. It would be great…

NOTEPAD retiring - DOWNLOAD files format improvement PLEASE
I have been using notepad religiously for YEARS and not that happy it's being taken away.
So, I used the 'download' option being offered, and the notes that were downloaded are in a TERRIBLE format. Instead of spacing, there is all this <div> pasted ALL OVER and basically UNREADABLE.
I have HUNDREDS of these files. is there a better downloaded format you can offer?7th ranked -
calendar messages
It appears messages received from the calendar are messed up. The body of the email will show for about 2 seconds then disappear. Crazy but that is the only email it does that to. If I forward the calendar message to another yahoo email account it does the same thing. If I forward to a hotmail account it is there. Also, the body disappears during the forward. I am using the current email under yahoo.
