Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.
Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

The new mail for Yahoo I do not like because it's so distracting. Why can't we have a choice to go back to the old email format if so wish ? You would be pleasing people does not like the new format like me ? and the people that like it can stay with the new look. Can you please consider giving us a choice ? I been with yahoo a long time and I really would like to stay.Thank you

Return it to the old format
The new Yahoo Mail is horrible. Most of my emails are gone--emails that I kept for reference or from deceased relatives or just items that I might need--all gone. I can't get them back and I did NOT ask for the new format.

I have paid Yahoo Mail storage subscriptions for the following accounts, both billed directly by Yahoo International Limited:
As I am based in Germany, I would like these subscriptions to be billed to my German company rather than to me as a private customer. I therefore need to add the company's legal name, registered address and EU VAT identification number to the billing details and invoices, with the reverse-charge mechanism applied where applicable.

You've put me through an incredible ordeal! You're unacceptable! I have a Yahoo account, and I have to log in with just a password. First of all, it doesn’t work! The code can be sent to another Google account I have, which isn’t always convenient, but when I select my cell phone, it never sends me a code! I’m wasting a lot of time on something that should take just seconds! Shame on you! Instead of helping me, you’re making my life difficult! Find a solution! I demand it!

Allow deleting alias. It picked up a lot of spam but you don't let me delete it. And the filter asking to move to trash emails addressed to my alias does not work

Viewing attachements - making them visible in an email chain
Hi, the way yahoo mail lays out an email, once it becomes a chain (i.e. it has replies back n forth) it doesn't show attachments. Looking at help tells me how to add them, how to download them but not how to make them show.
This is obviously something in my settings. I can't see where to change this and it's not listed in the help topic as best I can see.7th ranked -
new versions of email format
You need to understand, some people do not like change and for you to do this without asking or telling a paying customer if they would like to change or keep previous version is deplorable business tactics on your part.
In my occupation as Sales Rep, every time the company changed the website ( supposedly for the better, as you say )it made my customers very upset, as they would have to get used to a new ( more modern, as you say ) format....and guess who took the brunt of that frustration ? in some incidences , I lost…

Show ALL events of each day even when in month view.
Once again, you've removed something good.
In the month view, it used to make the days larger to accomodate the display of more if not all events. Now I get only 2 or 3. I often have many more. Sometimes I miss seeing them because they are listed as "...more"I don't care if the weeks of the month scroll down past the bottom of the screen. I want the week I'm looking at to have its days fully expanded.

Not everything should be a subscription. Issues with unsubscribing from email threads.
First, Love the subscription tab so easy to see everything I'm receiving e-mails from! however, I've been trying to go through and delete the ones I no longer want to see and I can get through about 3 of them before they start popping back up under the subscription list and I have to unsubscribe again. When I click unsubscribe and confirm my choice I want it to stay under unsubscribed.
