  2. Stop changing things unnecessarily.

    I don't know what you've done recently but it's certainly not working and is downright annoying. I'm not able to see my new unread emails unless I click into something at the top of the screen on my phone. Then it brings them up but most of the are faint to read and when you try to click onto them you can still not get them at times. I wish you wouldn't keep altering things and leave things as they are for the customer to choose if necessary. I'm now looking on my laptop and still can't see my new…

  3. Unable to Upgrade Yahoo Mail – Checkout Error

    Hello,
    I am trying to upgrade my Yahoo Mail account (sincanfish@yahoo.com) by starting a free trial, but I keep getting the following error on the checkout page:

    "It's not you, it's us. But we're working on our issues. Come back soon."

    I have entered all my billing information correctly, but the page does not proceed further. I have tried refreshing, using different browsers, and devices.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can complete the upgrade?

  7. Cannot pay for increase storage

    My account is anapisarn@yahoo.com and My name is Anucha Apisarnthanarak. I cannot pay for increase storage. During payment, there is no country option (I am from Thailand). Also, when I submit state. There is no state in Thailand too. Please help advice and fix system. So, I can pay for upgrade my storage.

  8. make multiple email selection work properly

    Basic functionality does not work I would like to select multiple emails for deletion but when I use the shift key a pop up shows up preventing the section. How do mess up basic Design so badly and make your mail app unusable

  9. Change the Not Spam function so it doesn't delete the message

    I didn't expect the Not Spam function in the Spam folder to completely delete the email. It was tickets to the ballet! This function is misleading and should be renamed, or a warning given that the email is about to be deleted. I have had to contact Yahoo to retrieve the email, which seems to be a waste of your time.

    Your filters suck...... how about making it so you can delete more than 1 at a time. This is just stupid!!!!

  11. In the older Yahoo! Mail, at about 6pm ET, 8/4/25, the folders in the left column no longer have labels. Bring them back

    In the older Yahoo! Mail, at about 6pm ET, 8/4/25, the folders in the left column no longer have labels. The number of emails in the folders still show, but the folder labels no longer exist. Please fix this.

  12. No external email send in especially reset password email

    I have not received any password reset emails in my mailbox. This issue has occurred multiple times—for example, with Prudential and the MasterCard job application account reset. Please check and reset the email settings.
