  1. Turn off ads

    Please turn off sound when opening new mail tab. It is suppose to be muted but it overrides and plays the Hundi ad anyway. Very annoying. Thanks

  2. "We couldn't load this message." error

    Hello,

    First time when I see the errar was few weeks ago, and since then it happend few times again. It happens when i navigate through new unread messages, and whe in occurs I cannot see any other email

  3. Problem with going over storage limit

    I just received an email that I had over my limit and can not send or receive emails until I add storage or free up 800+ MB. I deleted hundreds of emails, but still not enough??? Why can I only delete 50 at a time anyway. I do a search for a group of emails to delete but will only list 50 at a time for me to select.

  4. Kindly increase the speed with which inbox is updated. Same message sent to gmail takes longer time to arrive at yahoomail's inbox

    In the past week or so, everything I post in the comments section after articles gets rejected. EVERYTHING. None of my comments are inflammatory or otherwise go against the guidelines. Even when I appeal, it is immediately rejected without an explanation. This problem occurs whether I post an original message or respond to someone, even if all I post is a single word or two. All I can do is click a thumbs up or thumbs down button. Something is seriously wrong with the review system for posts.

  9. subscription of yahoo mail plus for non-US users

    Those non-US users (like me from India) who created Yahoo email accounts with domain names @yahoo.com long back (around 25 years ago) cannot upgrade to Yahoo Mail plus on their laptop/desktop as the subscription requires US billing address and card. However, on android phone one can upgrade to Yahoo Plus through Google Play store but this subscription is valid for mobile phones only. To facilitate the non-US users, the Yahoo team shall think of offering solutions for this issue. For example, extending the plan to desktop (or make it device independent) version. similarly, other payment options may be offered for…
