4. Feedback button

   You used to show feedback option under settings. Now you hide it under help. Does Yahoo give a prize to the person who can come up with the most inconvenient, confusing way to use your platform? Don't give me the old "it's free" business either--I now pay a monthly fee so I can have a way to contact a human in case of an emergency. Meanwhile you continue to make my life miserable by changing things on a whim. Please stop. Sometimes less really is more.

5. Calendar format - daily entries

   This calendar format is a mess! The old classic you could see everything for a given day. If it took more room than other days, that week was just elongated. This was only 3 (three! THREE!!) entries show on a given day. Then there is a teeny, tiny note that there are 3, or 4 or 8 more--and you have to click on that to see the full day. There is still the ongoing problem of highlighting in colors that are too dark to see the underlying typewritten event. You absolutely need to stop messing around with things. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. It's pretty plain to me that this format satisfies an OCD compulsion to only show 3 things in a given block with the others hidden. Can we please have our old calendar back? Thanks.

6. All new mail going directly to trash - i have no filters on....why is this happening?

   Once i moved to the new mail system, all of my new coming mail is going directly to the trash folder. I have not filters and not rules that caused this. Please help

7. fix the calendar

   Please show the entire calendar entry on each day. Now, I have to click on each entry to see what's going on. On the old version, I could just glance at my monthly calendar and see all of my appointments at one glance.

8. Change calendar back to the way it was put monthly view as default

   Can not set the monthly view as default. Was always used to viewing the calendar at a monthly glace automatically without having to change it every time.
   Icons for Birthdays, anniversaries , dr's.. don't automatically appear on calendar..they are not visible in the monthly view unless that respective date is viewed.
   
   If there are several events on one day..you can not view them and again have to click on that day
   Please give us the old calendar features back
   
   Oh & all the items I input on my yahoo calendar drop off my iphone

11. Yahoo!Mail App - Search Within A Folder

    Hello,
    On the Yahoo!Mail android app, please give your Yahoo customers the ability to search within a folder. I have already been in touch with Customer Support. I have very easily replicated the issue and provided screenshots, and they confirmed customers cannot use this feature as its not available on the product.

    On the mail app, I'm inside a folder and I use a keyword search, but the Yahoo results return every occurrence of the search regardless of which folder it appears. In Yahoo!Mail folders, where there are hundreds of emails filed, your customers should be able to easily search within a folder like you can on Gmail, iCloud, Proton Mail, etc.

13. mail box layout options

    Please allow users to select the columns in the mail layout (for both old classic mail, no javascript and new mail- I don't like new mail, not concentrated enough info- too spread out).

    So for example, right now you have days going down Monday, Sunday, Saturday etc as separators. Lose the separators. Just have a plain date on the left. I don't need to know the day of the week. This isn't social media.

17. Text Became VERY Tiny

    The text recently became extremely tiny and I reverted to the "old classic" version because there was no gear icon to access the setting and I was hoping that the text would revert back to a normal size, however, the text in the classic mode remained just as tiny. The classic view did have the gear icon, but I could not find a setting to increase the text size. I'm very disappointed. I'll keep using the app but have no choice to start using another email app (e.g. AOL or Gmail) going forward unless I can either discover how to correct the issue or I am contacted by Yahoo with a solution.

18. Looking for your investigation of all my lost old emails (over 10,000 in and out messages)

19. YahooMail+ sign up from Canada!

    3 problems.

    1. Can't use VISA in China when I'm in a banana republic aka Canada. The circular route through your help pages ends by telling me that the 'Subscription is not available in your region'.

    2. I tried my gmail account & there is a way through this problem to link my yahoo basic email account using VISA & the Google Payment System, but it's not necessary! Yahoo.com can do this! With the new type of GUI image in basic YM there was a red icon (top right) asking if I wanted to try a 14d trial of YM+. In a desperate attempt to cause myself more mental anguish, I clicked on it. Up pops a new screen together with my VISA card number, so I clicked the 'YES' button(s) & I now have YahooMail+! Amazing & it's a good job I didn't shoot myself!

    3. Your help pages are useless & are circular. They read as is they were written by a manager or a secretary. Revise the pages & give more technical information for the user. Easy!

    I also phoned this info in to your 1-800 support line where notes were taken & the conversation was recorded. Send a note about this to your call centres please.

    3 problems.

20. mass delete contacts

    Need to mass delete contacts. I thought I was just adding another account to the display - instead - it merged the 2 accounts. They can't share contacts and I already published the new email address. Need to mass delete the contacts from the other account
