Marking emails from Hillsdale College as spam
Yahoo mail has been marking emails from Hilldale College in Michigan as spam at random for several years. I want to know why. They are a respected educational institution that was founded in 1844. They are well known in Washington D.C., especially among members of Congress and the Supreme Court. An entry for them is in my Yahoo mail contacts list. I can only think of one reason that Yahoo is disparaging them this way: Yahoo is being paid by some entity within the U.S. government to do so. How does it feel to be so servile?

Yahoo planner ad can't be canceled so I can't access Yahoo Mail anymore
All my Yahoo mail accounts are now being blocked by an ad from you for a planner. I have no ability to cancel that at pop up on any of my Yahoo mail accounts so I can't get into mail anymore. If you don't remove the planner ad that's blocking access within 48 hours I will cancel my Yahoo mail accounts and move to Gmail. I don't expect you'll respond so it looks like Gmail is well be going. Whoever thought of Yahoo putting up an ad for a Yahoo product that blocks access to mail unconditionally hopefully has been…

revert back to old mail
Give us the option to revert to old/basic mail. I HATE THIS NEW MAIL. If not changed back, I will be using another email service. I've used yahoo mail for many years, but I'm leaving if you leave it as is.

Storage
I am aware that Yahoo is introducing a cost for storage over 15gb. I have recently deleted from my folders and my trash 19,000 emails. This has had no effect - it would appear - on my storage total which is still listed on my email account as 18.3gb more than 5 days later. I don't understand how this is possible.
I have been in touch with customer care four times and they have sent me template emails in response, which indeed, simply did not answer my question.
Why is my storage total not being updated when I delete 19,000…

Put the New Folder button back where It can be found. It is MISSING!!!
Where did you decide to suddenly move the New Folder button to in Mail? This is so RIDICULOUS THAT YOU CONSTATNLY CHANGE THINGS AND i CAN'T EVEN FIND NEW FOLDER. i CAN ONLY CREATE A SUB FOLDER.

It is impossible to find out where I am using storage (ie how much is in each FOLDER or category
I think this is ver deliberate in order to FORCE people to buy more storage undrr the THREAT of you seizing up their mailboxes.

Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Language translation feature not available in Yahoo Mail
Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails
