hi. i personally find the "search" very ineffective.
with the amount of emails anybody receives nowadays, the search must be very effective. system should create a proper index and be able to search effectively for keywords. instead, it finds nothing. i can't have results for key words I KNOW are there in multiple number.

the quality of this email account has deteriorated to a sad degree
upgrade the quality of the service and eliminate the frequent freezes and display of the message "no internet" which never happened when the previous owners were operating the account -- personally I believe the disgracefully bad service is an effort on the part of the yahoo ownership to coerce users to switch to the paid service

Why has Yahoo Mail gotten so painfully slow over the past couple of weeks? Is there a way to correct it? I use it for for both business and personal use, and it has become a real problem. What is the plan and timeline to restore it to a normal speed and response time?

I just would like that, you know. Your antispam system is so awful; I have never seen such bad; it irritates me much more than spam itself. Somehow, I need to wait 15 minutes before login; why?? Why do I need to wait 15 minutes? Why do I need to pass the Google captcha and then sms with the PIN code? Your antipspam is sucks. my emails go to spam, although they have ptr/spf/dkim/dmarc.

Inbox categories
Bring back the option to have Inbox categories! It’s absolutely ridiculous that you took it away. Some people love it! You need to at least give the option to turn it on or off to please everyone! My email address is very old and I get an extreme amount of emails. If I can’t have a feature to prioritize what I need I will be forced to convert to a different platform. Why is it so hard to have the option of both ?

Confused about signing in
Please do a better job of defining a pin, passkey and security key. I"m confused. Using a password and security question was fine with me. Seems a phone is neeed to use a passkey. What if my phone isn't available.

So, now, you want to tell me what's 'important' to me? I get to decide what's important. I decide which mail is important... not you And, I get to decide what part of an email is important. No 'previews' of what you deem important. How the 'H' would you know what's important to me?

Account specific SPAM detection problem
It's been very, very long that I am fed up with receiving too many non-spam and important regular or new emails in my spam folder everyday, even after marking the same emails 'not spam' multiple times, adding the email IDs as contacts, nothing seems to be effective. This is not a recent problem, or problem with specific domains or specific email IDs. My spouse doesn't have such a problem, even if using Yahoo as primary email account like me. How can these SPAM filtering issues be account specific? Please check. This should be of critical severity.

Why is the left side of the yahoo mail cutting off the folders? I can only see the top half of the folders, can't see the whole name??
I notice yahoo changed a feature of the folders on the left side of the mail. Why do I see half of the folders and the bottom half is cut off so you can't read the title of the folder. I tried to change the settings but it doesn't work and half of my folders are looking like it went through a bad printing process and the ink ran out to type out the entire bottom part of the name. Is this to save space on the page? It does this on all my yahoo accounts on a MacBook but…

The new (as of 10/24) summaries of emails that is AI generated and placed at the top of certain emails is useless and intrusive. Apparently Yahoo has decided that no, it's actually useful for me because you cannot turn it off. If you all feel it's the wave of the future, fine, but not giving the user (who in this case is actually paying for the service) control over whether it is useful to THEM is a strange overreach. All of the Sudden May In Box went to Microscopic Size. I t Will not Re-set. So I Can NOT Read or View Any Messages. Tried Everything in Settings and It Will NOT Change BACK!!!!!!!!
