  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  5. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  6. bring back themes and color options

    This new mail is awful. You took away a lot of good options and basically added in AI *.
    The absolute worst part is the appearance. Both the black and the bright white are impossible to look at and so *    *** the eyes. If you don't bring back theme/color options I'm out. An email service that gives me a headache to look at isn't going to do me much good.

  7. Removing the "Unsubscribe" bubble

    It seems the annoying, counter-productive and useless "Unsubscribe" bubble over the Subject line in the "New mail" has been removed. Thank you for getting rid of that!

  8. critical issue

    Hello Yahoo Support Team,
    We are experiencing a critical issue where our corporate Yahoo Mail account (ese.online@yahoo.com) has completely stopped receiving system notifications and transactional emails from our business partners/services since last month.
    We have thoroughly verified our personal account configuration: there are no active filters, no addresses in the blocked list, and the sender addresses have already been added to our Yahoo Contacts. The missing emails are not appearing in the Spam or Trash folders either.
    According to the senders, the emails leave their servers successfully, meaning they are being silently blocked or deferred at the Yahoo…

  10. Gmail merged with Yahoo

    Worst choice I ever made in my life - merging Yahoo with Gmail. Now ALL my accounts get f'cked up because of this. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be shot, or at the very least fired, in my humble opinion. Plus your BullSh't personal data authentication **** - next you'll be asking for blood... Am I ******?! You Betcha!!

    my idea is stop this ******* 2 step *. i couldn't log into my yahoo account as it wanted me to log in to another account to get a code. because i can't remember every login i have to have cos of you **** dataminers, i couldn't log in to the other account to get the code. hence i couldn't log in to send an email to my boss to get ******* paid that week. Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available. i can't even contact you. you lot can ********. i'll look for an alternative

  15. Nuisance onlogin

    For what I use yahoo mail for I am quite happy with the security as it has always been. I do not want the nuisance of two step verification but from time to time, yahoo keeps blocking my login and forcing verification to one of the back up email addresses. Please stop imposing this, it's a nuisance whihc I do not need and do not want.

  16. Get rid of it

    It is too busy and confusing. Having Windows pop up in the center of the screen is annoying. Bring back the classic version now. Nobody asked for this, certainly not me. Quit making excuses you know how to fix you know how to bring it back you just don't want to be bothered

    Good day
    The 'Back" and ' up/down' triangles buttons above the emails on desektop should be larger and bolder.

    I prefer the select email squares on the desktop UI than the new version on the mobile UI
