The "Delete All" text appears briefly but does not let you click on it - it disappears when I move the cursor towards it. This happens for Spam and Trash folders.
On the create an email screen, there are a number of invisible icons st the bottom of the scree, some that only appear when you roll the cursor over them, especially "attachments" to the email.
