How can we improve New Mail?

By providing the service that you state carry over to all devices.

I purchased the Yahoo+ that is supposed to carry over to all devices and it does not. I have deleted the app on my iphone and reinstalled and it still shows ads and asked me to upgrade to yahoo+ so after free trial I will cancel the service.

    Also, states 24/7 support is included so when I went to support page it wanted me to pay extra for the 24/7 support.
