Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

Add more settings to control AI functionality
Add an option that will allow us to disable all yahoo AI functions on our email, entirely. Or, barring that, ensure that updates to AI programs, like the addition of yahoo scout, obeys existing settings, which it does not currently do.

Please make a basic html version available
Email system must be simple and implemented in a basic/clean HTML format, allowing all parts of every page to be easily selected as text and copied to the clipboard. It should not rely on app-based platforms, which tend to perform poorly over browsers other than Google Chrome and often encounter issues with compatibility, performance, or loading.

Link to Basic Mail has gone missing from the Update Browser error screen
The error message asking to update my browser used to have a link to the Basic Mail. I recently enquired about another issue with this, and it was promptly fixed, but the link has now disappeared again. Is this intentional? I cannot access my account on my home computer anymore, and cannot update its browser any further, so Basic Mail was indispensable for me. (It was also quicker to load and easier to use than any time I've tried the New Mail).

I can't read the monstrosity that is the new mail. Looks like it was designed by a bunch of children high on ****! Put it back! It was clean, legible, easy to read. Now, it is nauseating just to view it.

SWITCHING TO NEW MAIL WITHOUT NOTICE
As a customer of yahoo for almost 30 years, my email was switched to the new version without my permission and I want it switched back but was told that is not possible. If this can't be switched back to the version that I want to use, then I will be closing my account-what a shame for trying to force your awful new email onto customers. Nancy Harders

Add a sort by sender option to the email choices.
This way if a sender is sending multiply emails that are clogging your list all of the emails can be deleted quickly instead of deleting each one.
