How can we improve New Mail?

← New Mail

I don't want to be notified when I have mail.

Why can I not turn off notifications? I'll look at my mail when I want to. It is my secondary email only.

Hi there. 


You can turn off notifications in Yahoo Mail. 

Click the Settings icon | click More Settings .

  1. Click Notifications.
  2. Toggle Desktop notifications OFF

    I turned off notification in Yahoo long ago but they still keep flooding the lower right of my computer screen at the most inopportune times!

    Hi Chris, not sure we're following, but want to make sure we understand. Are you getting notifications on your Desktop or notifications on your phone from our Mail app? Thank you for clarifying!
