Why is Inbox, not a folder selection under Filters?
I do not understand why Inbox is not a selection for a folder when creating a filter. I have one email address that keeps going to spam, no matter how many times I mark it NOT SPAM. I also created a contact for this email and it still ends up in the SPAM folder.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing! Emails routed to the Spam folder cannot be re-routed by setting filters. Please keep marking this sender as Not Spam so your personal spam filter learns to recognize it as a wanted sender/email.
