Why can I send an email but the recepient cant send them back to me or my other business account, How many other emails are not reaching me?

    Starting last week. I have some emails not being delivered to me. The emails are NOT going to my spam. They are NOT going to my trash. I have NO filters on and NO blocks on. This has happened to multiple senders at least 5 that I know of. No telling how many more that I don't know of. I only know some of these exist b/k the sender has called me asking if I received their email.

    I am in sales so when I don't receive emails I lose money. Please help get this fixed asap or I will have to switch/change my email to GMAIL.

    When I get e-mails, I don't see them. At the bottom of the Inbox list, there is a link that says All files. I wish to see new mails on top. How can I make the new emails show up on the top of the Inbox list?

    I need a way to contact Yahoo when I have a problem. I stopped getting emails from clearvoicesurveys and when I contacted them they said they are sending the surveys to me by email and if I'm not getting them then Yahoo is blocking them. Do you know if they are being blocked and why Thanks

    OK I received bounce email where the email address does not exist, BUT I still cannot receive POLICY GENERATED REPLY from Microsoft 365. It so happens the law firm I deal with did not remove the ex-staff's account, but rather use policy to respond to sender.

    Because if I am sending to someone who has left his organization, I need to receive bounce email to know that the person has left, and take appropriate action. If bounce email cannot come in, I could get into big trouble. I am speaking as someone who needs to deal with law firm.

    I cannot receive bounce email from Microsoft 365 and Gmail. The bounce email would be coming from postmaster@<custom_domain>. I have checked SPAM folder, checked my email fileter, checked my block settings. Nothing indicates that I made any settings to block bounce email. I can receive normal email from these 2 systems -- as long as it is not bounce email. Anyone notice this kind of problem?

    I AM NOT RECEIVING EMAILS THAT I WANT; NOT EVEN IN SPAM FOLDER. ALSO --COUOLD NOT ATTACH FILES AND EMAIL, HAD TO USE ALTERNATIVE EMAIL ADDR

    This also happened 8 years ago, and Yahoo was at fault for blocking the email addresses.

    I didn't realize it at first but I believe that Yahoo started putting a subscribed email in my spam folder a while ago and now it doesn't even go to the spam folder (so I can't click on it and say "not spam"), they are just not coming through any more at all. Now pretty much everyday, I have to check my spam folder for other subscribed emails that Yahoo is censoring for me (without my permission I might add). I really want to get these emails, that is why I subscribed.

    At the same time this started happening, the daily number of emails in my spam folder greatly increased. I can only assume Yahoo edited its block/filter list, and blacklisted the emails I wanted, while permitting actual spam to proliferate. FIX THIS.

    Fix yahoo mail, new format is awful ! I usually have to shut my computer down and reboot it for my emails to even come up. Didn't have this problem with the other version. It's a big problem very upset about this new version.

    Why did yahoo readers not receive the newsletters sent from tenyek-tevhitek@hirlevelmanager.hu, even though the newsletter meets the new requirements (the test newsletter arrived at my yahoo address). Previously it was sent by sendinblue.com (now Brevo.com). What is the point of the new restrictions if it is not accepted as authentic?

    I can not receive any emails from my work outlook emails. The work email can not send any emails to yahoo accounts. It says something about a socket error. Who do I contact to fix this, my work email says its a problem on yahoo's side?

    i have sent several photos from my phone they did not arrive so i deleted my entire inbox and tried again but the photos still did not arrive.
