1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

   I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

2. Don't get rid of notepad!

   Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
   I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

3. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

   Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

   Current options are :
   Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

   Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

4. calendar messages

   It appears messages received from the calendar are messed up. The body of the email will show for about 2 seconds then disappear. Crazy but that is the only email it does that to. If I forward the calendar message to another yahoo email account it does the same thing. If I forward to a hotmail account it is there. Also, the body disappears during the forward. I am using the current email under yahoo.

6. Outlook accounts not connecting in Yahoo Mail

   I'm unable to connect any Outlook.com accounts using Settings → More Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox → Outlook.

   The Microsoft OAuth flow completes successfully:

   I sign in successfully.
   I receive the Microsoft permission (consent) screen.
   I click Accept.
   The popup closes.
   Yahoo immediately displays: "Canceled connecting [email] to your Yahoo account."

   I've reproduced this with:

   Multiple Outlook.com accounts
   Multiple Yahoo accounts
   Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Safari
   IMAP enabled in Outlook
   Yahoo permissions removed and re-authorized

   Can you check the server logs for the Outlook mailbox connector or OAuth callback to determine why Yahoo is rejecting the connection?

10. Stay out of my business and yahoo mailbox

    Will Yahoo kindly stop changing my yahoo mailbox avatar or my name initial on top its rather frustrating to see the new letter in new font or new color and knowing I did not make the change.

11. Eliminate Ads with Malicious Intent

    Do you realize that one of the ads that appears in the Inbox is complete spam designed to disable your computer? The ad tries to appear as an email with the Sender being "Kaitlyn Smith" and the subject being "Explore Discounts Offered to Older Americans".

    I understand Yahoo's need to use ads, however this complete misrepresentation with malicious intent. Please address this! Thank you!

12. New format has real issues

    1) I miss seeing all my folders on the left side. I can open them or drag emails directly over. Now i have to click the Folders icon just to see them--it's slow and lame.
    2) The "From" column is too narrow and it can't be adjusted! WTF?
    3) There's a big box on the right that shows commercials and can't be hidden or turned off. God, you guys suck now.

It can go in there, and I won’t pay any attention to it. Spam is not filth necessarily. Do your job!

    I cant see the full message and I need to use the down scroll bar, which is very annoying. Ads are fine, but wrap the mail/message correctly so that there is no need to use the scroll bar

    I hate the new mail look and your last 'Update' was an epic failure. I do not consent to the change. I want a mail system that works not some spamy junk designed for a 3 year old. This new design is garbage.

    I do not consent to or agree to any changes in my mail service. I will only use classic mail.
    If you force this change on your users I will be forced to join the class-action lawsuit against you, cancel all of my accounts and begin a campaign to end your service all together.
