  2. Phone verus laptop

    On my phone I can view All, Primary, Offers, Other, etc.
    But I can't do this on my laptop.

  3. STOP MAKING THE CALENDAR HARDER TO USE

    The New Calendar is UN-improved. I can't shut off the colors. I can't use more subtle colors, only bright and bold, it overpowers the text of the event. I can't set the default view to MONTHLY and have it stay that way.

    Just stop making the calendar harder to use.

    Just leave it the way it was.

  4. Put the calendar UI back the way it was! Very unusable now.

    Whoever is designing the UI for the calendar has totally ruined it. It is basically almost unusable now. Cannot have it default to month, Cannot right click to created a new entry. Single click broken when in month after changing email addresses. I could go on, but the issue is it was fine before. Yes, very basic, but that was OK. Definitely don't give those folks stock options.

  6. reeplace the trash can

    My idea is more of a question. What happened to the TRASH CAN that appears when I select an email for deletion? It disappeared shortly after the most recent 'cleanup your email trash campaign. It would be nice to have it back. btw YOUR CONTACT SUPPORT FOR MAIL IS AN ENDLESS LOOP!!!!!

  8. It would be great if I could get email from Nintendo

    It is apparently a known problem that yahoo accounts often (or always) can't get any email from no-reply@accounts.nintendo.com. This is a critical problem as I can't verify logins to my Nintendo account.

    Why am i only allowed to block 1000 unwanted emails? this should be unlimited. think i would even pay to block unlimited unwanted junk.

    Don't force blank (0000) passkeys on users and then lock them out of their accounts, and don't restrict double-auth to just people's phones on the double-auth list (???).

    Short explaination of what went on:

    "I see the problem is that yahoo set up a blank (0000) "passkey" without me and without my consent and it expired. I just had to delete it. Deleting double-authentication would have just forced-logged me out and would have perma-locked me out as well. You need more training. You almost talked someone into perma-locking themselves out of an account Yahoo auto-passkeyed and auto-locked by automation. I…

  14. UI/iOS

    I was told to use this link for feedback on an error I am having with the iOS app. When it is uninstalled and reinstalled, it is not opening up as the recent newly updated UI for Yahoo Mail. Instead it downloads and opens up as the old interface that is reminiscent of AOL mail’s app that nobody loves.

    I really like the new iOS UI for the Yahoo Mail app and would like it back, please look into this.

  16. calendar defaults to weekly view (want to make it monthly)

    My calendar now defaults to weekly, when it used to be monthly. I don't like having to make that extra click every time I open it! Can you make it default to the last setting we viewed it on?

  18. give me an option to change my calendar default view to monthly

    The new version of my yahoo calendar (which just appeared one day--I did not choose it) defaults to week view so i have to manually change it to month view every time I open. Why do I not have an option to change my default view to month??

  19. Fix the cursor issue

    Something is wrong with the web version. When ads change the cursor shifts. So if you are typing an email the cursor disappears and you need to click the cursor back to where you were typing. It is virtually unusable. Please fix.

  20. Keep trained customer service Reps

    Nobody seems to help customers on the last emails. Customer service members are rude, CLUELESS, not worth to keep it. Appreciate some one to call me at 636-734-2923. My problem. Specific emails sent to silviya Zustiak are missing from Jan 2025-Aug 2025. raghuaa66@yahoo.com
