   I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

   When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.

   So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

    Ihave updated my yahoo mail plus payment card on about 6-16-26 & $ 5 has been already paid on 6-20-26

    BUT I STILL HAVE FREE VERSION & IT IS VERYSLOW. I HAVE HEART ATTACK FEW WEEKS AGO SO I MISSED UPDATING THE PAYMENT CARD (SAME CARD # BUT EXPIRATION 6/29 FROM 6/26. MY WIFE & MYSELF HAVE SERIOUS CODITIONS & GETTING E MAILS FROM DOCTORS ETC WHICH IS VERY SLOW TO FIND, OPEN & FOLLOW MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS :(

14. unnecessary capacity of the spam folder

     I use the old yahoo mail acct. because I like & it functions in a way I can understand. the only aspect that
    

    still does not make sense is the amount of capacity given spam (unless, somehow it is a revenue generating factor which would of course give explanation). however, since it is an automatic response already to prevent unwanted
    mail not read, there is no reason to have a capacity that allows 100's of unwanted emails to accumulate.

    my suggestion to save unnecessary space being used up is for you to put a limit of 200 or 300 emails in the spam folder, or clearing them out every 2 or 3 days. another way is to allow people to select a count in 50 numbered increments up to 200-300 that would be allowed to accumulate in the folder. 
    
    an additional thought also is the absolute ugliness of the sexually explicit emails being allowed even into the spam folders. I don't even want to see them there.

15. "Create Split View" issue

    PLEASE remove the "Create Split View" feature from the left hand side of the Mail screen, or at least help me find the setting to turn it off. Every time I try to drag an email into a folder, it much too quickly opens the Create Split View window, making it very frustrating to complete what should be a very simple task.

17. Remove the ad at the bottom of the email pane.

    I see you brought back the ad at the bottom of the reading pane. You are reducing my viewable email area even more and it's annoying as ****. You will lose customers. I pay for other Yahoo services for my family. We'll just dump Yahoo all together along with Apollo and Verizon which own Yahoo.

    Yahoo Team,
    That ads window at the bottom of the page is far from annoying. It is stealing readable space from us, your users. If you are doing such a low punch to encourage Users to pay the premium subscription, you are doing it wrong. That is not the way to treat your Customers, we, the Users of your platform.
