1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

   I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

2. Don't get rid of notepad!

   Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
   I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

5. Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+

   When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.

   So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

7. Lagging

   Hi, I have used Yahoo for at least 13 years in our business. I have noticed in the past 2 years, it has become slow and has many delays with a notice that asks if I would like to wait. This delays work and responding to customers. I love Yahoo and how it has been a partner in my business, but the delays have become daily. Is there anything I can do to offset these? 10. Cant download pdf attachments

    Bring back the download button for attachments, some phones like Samsung for example will not download pdf files with its native PDF viewer that are encrypted eg. Invoices , payslips etc... so makes impossible to print or save to file without a huge drama.

12. Feedback on new message selection behavior

    Feedback on two issues related to Spam viewing:
    1. Sorting messages by Subject was very useful. having all "GLP-1" emails together regardless of sender made it easy to select and delete all of them. Please restore sort by subject.
    2. The new behavior for Select All is kinda useless. Previously, Select-All would select about 100 items and you would scroll to get to the next group of 100 (which were not selected). That allowed you to scan through the first 100 emails, deselecting any that were legit. And then delete the majority. Now, scrolling automatically selects the new messages coming in to view. And so you can never see which ones have been selected and still need reviewing. Instead, you can't use Select All but have to click and shift-click to select a range. But every time you see a legit email you have to end the range, DELETE the selected spam emails, handle the one legit email, and then start selecting a range again. This is much slower than assuming spam with select all and then unchecking a few legit...

19. Consider increasing Free storage to 100GB or even 50GB for all the long-term users who were promised 1TB

    Dear Yahoo Team,

    I am surprised to see that you have reduced free email storage from 1 TB or 1000GB to a paltry 15 GB even for long term users. This is pure cheating by the fellow who decided to make this decision for Yahoo.

    While it may be an indication of 1) Yahoo loosing competitive edge and struggling for existence 2) pure greed by a new new guy the highest position in the company 3) lack of creativity by the current team in innovating to remain competitive or 4) a combination of 3 above.

    Reduction from 1000GB to 15 GB that is a reduction of 98.5% is unheard of in the human history although total closure of yahoo might be on the cards now.

    I suggest that at the least make it say 10% of original say 100GB.

    We as long term users of Yahoo, wish yahoo survive this current ordeal as it will the first thought to quit yahoo as their reliable email partner.
