I mark emails daily from the same senders and yahoo still keeps putting them in my spam folder every day, most worthless feature/function you have. No ability to designated specific emails as not span or "safe". gmail is a far better service, but I am forced to use yahoo because cox no longer supports email. by the number of comments concerning this issue it is obvious you've done NOTHING to correct the issue, explains the decline of yahoo since the 90's and 00's.

This issue might happen due to the senders' IP reputation or email content such as pictures/links. The more often you mark these emails as Not Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as legit.

There seems to be a problem with your spam settings. I have been using Yahoo for many years and it is the one mailbox I have the most trouble with as far as spam. There is no way to label something as not spam, even moving the email to my inbox will not let it show in my inbox. I can't even find it in spam until I search for the email. I guess there must be another between worlds folder that I haven't quite figured out yet. Is there any way to have control over our emails? Or is that control only for Yahoo to determine for us? I have heard of a lot of people who won't use Yahoo because of things like this and I am now starting to figure out why. You control what we see and don't see. I like the layout of Yahoo and am hoping that Yahoo will listen to the complaints and adjust their ways to benefit the user. I would suggest giving the user control of their mailbox. I know it is a novel concept, but it would gain many more users for your service. I am on the verge of switching all my email services to another provider and to prevent me from having to change all my login information to other sites, I will keep my email here to recover passwords only. I remember when Yahoo was a premium service, but I guess those days are over.
