Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

Add Account Option to Migrated Accounts
I would like to request that Yahoo accounts migrated to the cloud be allowed the option in settings to add another Yahoo account, please. It is ridiculously inconvenient and time-consuming to rely on the Account Switcher to try and go back and forth between my five accounts.
I have relied on Yahoo accounts for years and miss the ease of this option.

I have enough space and I can't receive or send emails. Your robot is totally useless and I need my mail address simply in normal function. I have 2 days since I'm waiting to get normal !!!

Move sent emails back to Sent folder
Because I am an idiot, it would be very helpful to allow users to Move or in some other way restore sent emails back to the Sent folder if they accidentally get sent to Trash. Barring this, it would be nice if at least your tech support agents were able to provide this service.

Edit Mailbox list order
In the mailbox list area, would it be possible to be able to edit the mailbox's order? I would like to shift around the mailboxes I use more to the top and less usage to the bottom.

Offer a choice to change or stay with prior interface
You have taken away something that worked well, and users were comfortable with. You simply switched the user interface without giving any choice as to which interface users actually prefer. This is the sort of thing I expect from Microsoft. I thought you were better than this. I was wrong.

Verify Hacking Ads before allowing them to pop up
Before allowing a pop-up ad appear on Yahoo-Mail desktop or side bar, please verify that its not a hijacker. You have programs that can do that, like Norton here at the church where I use Yahoo mail wouldn't let me go there to view the product.

Outlook mailbox cannot be added after successful Microsoft OAuth
Yahoo Mail fails to connect one specific Outlook mailbox after successful Microsoft OAuth authorization.
The Outlook mailbox was previously connected to Yahoo Mail and worked normally. Later, Yahoo Mail showed an "Error" status for this mailbox. After removing it from Yahoo Mail, I can no longer add it back.
Microsoft OAuth authorization completes successfully. Microsoft confirms that Yahoo has been granted access. Immediately after authorization, the Yahoo callback window appears briefly and closes, then Yahoo shows: "Canceled connecting [Outlook address] to your Yahoo account."

Unable to connect Outlook account to Yahoo Mail
I am unable to connect an Outlook.com mailbox to Yahoo Mail through Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox → Outlook.com.
The Microsoft sign-in process starts, but the connection does not complete and Yahoo returns: “Cancelled connecting Outlook account to your Yahoo account.”
I have reproduced the issue in Chrome, Edge, and on mobile. Pop-ups and third-party cookies were allowed, and direct sign-in to the Outlook account works normally.
Microsoft also displayed: “server_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie.”
Please investigate the Outlook mailbox connection/authentication process.

Basic features that worked before didn't get reviewed that they were still working.Why can't Advanced Search select a folder to search?
Why add the STARRED Window to the right of the email area?
