Difficulty using Yahoo mail
I tried to contact your "Customer Care" team, but they are not available in my country.
You can improve New Mail by making it simpler for people to sign in.
You currently insist that, when trying to sign in to Yahoo Mail, I first complete up to three puzzles that are often ambiguous. It is not clear, for example, whether a picture of body part of a cyclist is part of a picture of a bicycle.
You then require me to retrieve a code that is sent to another email account. If that account was a Yahoo account, it would no doubt send me into an endless loop.
Also, your system seems unable to remember the PC from which I am attempting to sign in.
