my emails are blocked
Several of my clients do not receive my emails. My co-worker told me she had this issue with her email vendor (yahoo small business) was told to contact Yahoo for help with Authentication Issues, and you could adjust that for me to make them easier to be received. Is there anything I can do to change up my settings on the emails I sent out to my clients to make them visible to them?
I was told this is a specific Yahoo issue.
This is what she was told I should ask you about SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance):
These protocols help verify that emails are actually coming from the domain they claim to be from. If your emails lack these, they're more likely to be blocked.
