I am getting up to five spam emails per day that are Yahoo Calendar events. Yahoo, for some reason, has decided the best way to implement Calendar is to allow anyone and everyone to add events to my personal calendar, making sure that my calendar notifies me when the spam events occur. PLEASE FIX THIS DESIGN PROBLEM. Allow Yahoo accounts to block all events added by others.

Better Background color for New Mail
Can you consider offering the previous cyan background for the calendar as opposed to the deeper blue background with black text? The deeper blue background makes it harder to read the black text. The cyan background and black text is MUCH easier to read. I have seen the cyan background on my cell phone version of the calendar today (12/09/25) and it looks great and much more readable!e.

Calendar change
Why did the calendar format change? The dark blue shading and black text in month view is small and hard to read. Google calendar is so much nicer along with gmail. Copy them for ideas.

deletion location
The location of the email deletion button has changed in the new email interface. Keeping it in the same place would allow for faster navigation to the next email and increase work efficiency.

Provide a "NONE" selection as a calendar daily reminder option.

So...When it comes to NOT having an obscuring highlight color on my calendar daily reminders my only option is,,,
'Suck it up butter cup'...Correct?
Why not give a color choice of "NONE"? Is tht too much to ask?

Yahoo Calendar Bring Back Monthly view default option
I've been a loyal Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Calendar user for over 20 years. In over 20 years I have had the default calendar set to monthly view. However, sometime in October of 2025 the default calendar setting switched to weekly view and Yahoo has indicated there's nothing they can do to switch back to monthly view as the default option. Get rid of offensive garbage
get rid of offensive headers in my email! I find it very irritating to find a post at the top of my email asking me to hook up with girls in a neighboring town! If i have to go to google mail i will just to get away from this offensive stuff!

Settings for calendar.
I use to be able to set my calendar default view to Month but now it defaults to week view. how can I change it back to Month view. The New Calendar is very hard to read now.

Your new colors are blinding on the monitor, yuck. Also, my default for my calendar has always been month, now you constantly switch it to week and there is no option for me to set it to month as the default view, so annoying. Why are all your changes always the worst and most horrible ideas ever? Do you ever even ask customers what they want?

Take away the Search Function Suggested Popup Emails
I am not happy that your search feature has popup suggested emails. Most of the time these are not the emails for which I am searching, and they take up half of the page of search results. Currently, there is no way to make them go away. Please make this possible - it's annoying and unnecessary upgrade with the new email.
