Mailbox is full, or is it? Your message that the mailbox is full should indicate how full.
It is beyond the pale to inform a user that their mailbox is full without providing a percentage or specifying how much over the full amount. Even after deleting a significant number of emails, the message still appears that the mailbox is full.
