DO NOT CHANGE FOLDER NAMES
REP TOLD ME TO POST HERE!!!!!
My archive folder disappeared from the yahoo mail app on my mobile phone with over 300 archived emails with very important documents. The rep, LEO, was not helpful and told me to write my concern here. The folder list now has a DONE folder which I DID NOT create and it has replaced my ARCHIVE folder. This folder had emails archived for over a year with invoices, receipts, confirmations, etc. I am sick as to where it went and how did it disappear.
My laptop has the Archive folder and not the done folder. The archive folder on my laptop has no messages. I need HELP immediately please!!
