why clean up all my years email chuanglx2000@yahoo.ca without my permission ?

I am just wondering why you/Yahoo clean up all my years email chuanglx2000@yahoo.ca without my permission after I have NOT used it for just a couple of month. Can you restore all my message to the inbox?
