I am aware that Yahoo is introducing a cost for storage over 15gb. I have recently deleted from my folders and my trash 19,000 emails. This has had no effect - it would appear - on my storage total which is still listed on my email account as 18.3gb more than 5 days later. I don't understand how this is possible.

I have been in touch with customer care four times and they have sent me template emails in response, which indeed, simply did not answer my question.

Why is my storage total not being updated when I delete 19,000 emails?
