  1. 04/19/23: my contacts lists' contents disappeared last week, reappeared this wknd, gone again!

    I got in touch with Yahoo on FB last week when this happened on Tuesday. They told me to clear my cache on my browser, log out of all browser sessions, log out of Yahoo mail. ON Sunday, magically, the lists were back, It is now Wednesday and they are gone again. womp, womp

  2. Auto suggest of contact addresses has stopped working, as has the search function in contacts. How can I turn these back on?

    Yahoo mail does not allow you to email a Contact (distribution) list on your iPad or phone. This stinks!

    06/2019 REVISION TO NEW MAIL CONTACTS ELIMINATES SEVERAL FUNCTIONS
    _No way to print contacts
    _    No way to highlight multiple contacts as directed in a HELP screen
    _Clicking CONTACTS icon at top of contacts display just closes the window and does nothing
    _    Hard to read and scroll the contacts in the extremely narrow window used to display them
    __Please go back to the Classic way or fix the issues with this new format

  6. I am now unable to load my contacts in an e-mail...please fix this as soon as possible!!!

    I can no longer access my contacts list for sending e-mails, either in the "TO", "CC" or "BCC" fields...please fix as soon as possible!!

  8. Bring Back Ability to Access and Edit Group Contact Lists

    The group lists I created in my email contacts are no longer accessible. Yahoo Help chat told me the feature was removed. Please bring it back! I need to edit those lists and possibly create new ones.

    To access your contacts from Mail:
    - Click on the Contacts icon in the upper right (just to the right of “Sort”)
    - From there you will be taken to All Contacts.
    - If you want to access your lists click on lists at the top right of the contacts pane.
    - Use the drop down arrow to the right of the list name to change lists.

  9. I want thesame contacts on the list when addressing an email as my contact list

    When addressing e mails the contact list has doubles, names changed When I go to all contacts it is the same list as always
