Contact Groups in iOS
I was informed that contact groups I set up in my yahoo email are not accessible on either the mobile site or in the iOS app. The chat support person told me that those were meant for "on the go mailing experience." I'm not sure about you, but if I hope to be efficient I need my on the go experience to be pretty similar to my sit at a desk experience. Hello there,
You should be able to select contacts to send emails to from your mobile devices, when you tap on the ’’To’’ field in the compose window. Type the name of the contact or group and it should auto-populate.

Why wont you clean up the 500 duplicates of one contact in my contact list? why does it say I have zero contacts until I select show all?

Correcting the problem of deleting business contacts
Duplicate contacts in a very large quantity. I see that they are business related and can not be deleted by users. When the numbers are well in the thousands than this is an annoyance and grabbing up of space that is abusive. I am for one am not paying to be abused by abusive business company for the purpose of robbing my personal data and more in order to sell it to someone else without my permission. I do not have a fix for this nor do I have any experience on how to fix it. I am just screwed.

Like hundreds of others I cant find my contacts list. I note that as yet there is no answer from you regarding this. I think I may have to get another mail service if you cannot provide an answer,or are silly enough to remove this much needed facility. .

I don't want my personal info on auto-generated cards!
I don't want my phone number which I did not give permission to show up in the auto-generated cards. I don't give my phone number to everyone and now it's part of the email is very wrong. Also I want the classic yahoo format back!!!
The phone number is only visible to you.
It is not sent through email to people you are conversing with. -
I HATE that I cannot control the name of my contacts! For YEARS I had a contact "Dad" but it has changed to his actual name...can't fix!
Give us back a way to name our contacts and STOP changing them to their actual names.

Remove unwanted contacts from email
There needs to be a way to remove unwanted email addresses from my contacts list. I have a dozen that are either from junk email addresses or they're people I emailed stuff once or twice to but I have no desire to have them in my contacts.

Go back to the old contact list format
It is not clear how to edit old contacts or add new contacts to lists. The old way also allowed you to look up a contact and see which lists they are on. I also can't figure out how to alphabetize lists by first name or last and sometimes the lists appear to be in random order. It was fine before, now it is maddening. Heads should roll!!!

Bring back the old style. I can't see how to add a new contact, edit an old one. Nothing is explained. There does not appear to be any tutorial nor a "help" desk to chat with someone. Lousy changes. Really awful.

Someone have ideas contact the yahoo mail tech team because if I click us version of yahoo support u can seen chat on your ground but they only provide contact number for account pro only so do u have other options can contact mail tech team?

Thanks for your response on how to delete contacts. However, I wouldn't have needed to write for help if the contact button actually brought up my contacts. It doesn't. Never has. So, I need help with that, and then I can delete my contacts. Thank you.

To access Contacts, click on the Contacts icon from the upper right side. Then select the email addresses and click Delete.

No apparent easy way to add a contact or delete one.Previous version gave that option immediately easily to find and undertake.
