What happened to my contacts list?
As usual, when Yahoo makes changes it just makes things worse. I cannot locate my contacts list as of today, March 31. 2026. **** a search brings up stuff from 2019!!!!! Where is my list?

Contact edit does not work and cannot add new contact
Cannot view anything on contacts but first and middle name when you enter for new contact or to modify existing contact. No way to edit email address. Cannot add new email address. Tried to send you a picture so you could see. No ability to scroll down to enter information on contact. Yahoo is not the application it once was.

incorrect automatic suggestion
I would like to report an issue with the “auto-generated contact card” feature in Yahoo Mail.
In one specific email message, Yahoo Mail shows an auto-generated contact card under “Contact details” that contains an incorrect phone number (it belongs to a family member, not to me).
Please note:
The phone number is not included anywhere in the email content
It is not saved in my Yahoo Contacts
It is not part of my account recovery information
This happens only in this particular email message
It seems to be an incorrect automatic suggestion or a bug.
Could you please advise how…

Allow more than 998 Blocked email addresses
With all the **** emails being sent and received, your system only allows 998 Blocked email addresses. Why not make it unlimited or just delete the **** internally and I won't have to block them as you have done it.

I'm sick and tired, aka frustrated by speaking to an out-of-country representative who doesn't speak english well enough to understand the issue, then, can't connect me to an in-country representative to assist. You have decreased the appeal of your productive which has a shaky reputation to begin with.

plus sign in e-mail address
You need to accept the + (plus) sign in e-mail addresses.
Zendesk for example uses them in their structure, and I cannot reply to a Zendesk customer support thread because of this problem. -

Deleting email addressess from junk mail
Somewhere between the old email and updated email, the so-called "contacts" include "pre-filled" emails from junk mail and cannot get rid of them.
For example, when I use the email and type in the letter "a" I will see all emails associated with "a" even the emails that came to me as junk mail. And, those junk emails do not show up as a real contact. No way to get rid of them.

I've been having trouble saving email addresses. I have saved several and then when I went to look for them they are not in my contacts list - nor do they come up automatically in the "to" field when composing a new email. (I am using the old yahoo email due to the lack of "drag and drop" feature in the new format that ordinarily allows one to drag and drop emials into different folders.) Thanks -
