Editing the Email Subject Line
…I am extremely dissatisfied with the removal of a basic email function: the ability to edit the Subject line when forwarding an email while preserving attachments. This is not a cosmetic UI issue. It is a core workflow issue. For decades, “Forward” has meant: create a new message, keep the original attachments, and allow the user to change the Subject so the message can be accurately labeled for the recipient and for future search and archiving. In both the new Yahoo Mail interface and the “old”/basic interface, I cannot edit the Subject line on forwarded messages without resorting to clumsy -
Finding saved emails
My saved messages are gone, because I havent used the account for over 1 year. I am very sad about that, because I had saved som emails fron my late mother - and now they are gone to.....can you help me?

Why can I only see about 6-8 messages at any one time. Used to be so much better. Definitely not improved.

Recover my deleted emails
Please restore my emails that you deleted. They were all apparently deleted on February 13. I will upgrade to a paid membership so this will not happen again.

Starred messages
I would like to see special "place" where when I star a message it goes there and not remain in the "day" sent or received. The reason is cuz it is special and I may be waiting for more information to reply. As example...in hotmail when a message is starred it remains at the top of all messages. In this way it is not just another email that may be deleted. Hope this makes sense.

Why am I not able to see my old mails. I don't remember having received any mail from you about usage of yahoo.mail. Is it fair ?

Security improvement: Users must be able to view FULL email address rather than display names of email sender.
This has been proposed for a few years now, but even on the new version we still don't have an option to enable: show/display full email address of sender. This will help us prevent clicking phishing emails, which are now more and more sophisticated due to the use of AI. -

Make it easy to remove a specific message from automatic chaining
You are chaining messages that are unrelated, based on having the same header. Make it clear and easy to remove a specific message from an unrelated chain, without unchaining the entire mailbox.

The first suggestion is to add an option to delete an individual email from a conversation thread without needing to disable the "Conversations" setting. quit reading my emails
Quit reading my emails by posting a summary of my email on top of my actual email message. Don't see it often in Desktop reading but often shows up on Android Samsung phone when reading my Yahoo Mail. (note" ama premium subscriber and don't like your messing with my emails ! Stop it !
