  1. cannot reply to posts

    Sometimes I notice that when I post a response at a Yahoo article site, I get a reply to it. Then there is a button in the reply for me to reply back if I wish. However, I notice that nothing happens. It just takes me back to the Yahoo article with nowhere to type a reply. We need a fix button or procedure for this please. Thank you.

  2. Total number keeps decreasing as older emails keep disappearing

    Anyone else noticed this bug?

    If you spend too much time on drafting your reply, the oldest email(s) in the grouped conversation/ thread will vanish one by one and the total number will keep decreasing (ungrouping and regrouping does not help but If you are lucky they sometimes reappear on their own after a few days or weeks)!

    Temporary solution: Compose a new email to draft your reply. When you are ready, cut/ copy it, go back to the original email, paste and send out immediately.

    In my Yahoo email 2 whole years of messages (2020 and 2021) have suddenly disappeared and I no longer receive news from my usual contacts. I've been asking for help everywhere, but apparently Yahoo doesn't plan on helping its users. Is there anyone who can help me ??????

  5. My legitimate account gets suspended while spammers flood the MB

    Yahoo keeps suspending my account for "violating the TOS". I've read the TOS and have been careful to follow them but still get suspended with no explanation. I suspect one of the many spammers is reporting me with their multiple accounts which appears to yahoo as being complaints from many people. Please look into this, you're site is being overrun by spam accounts and not by legitimate accounts.

  8. You can improve by forwarding the attachments within the forwarded emails; it will forward the email body, but not their attachments .

    I sent an email with three attached documents. The person it was sent to couldn't locate it, so I attempted to forward the email to them and others to prove they received it, but although I could locate the email and see the attachments, when I forwarded the email, it did NOT include the attachments. We should be allowed the option to send the attachments with the email.

    Search Function is totally broken. It only searches the interim emails upto the latest 15 emails, while all other old emails never appear in search.

    With this, it's very hard to find or locate old emails.

    I am not able to disable the email forward to a gmail account, every mail I receive in Yahoo is forwarded and I want to disable this behaviour.

    I am from Canada and need to speak with someone via email or phone. We have Rogers here who uses Yahoo for their backend email. Rogers cannot help me and they say I must contact Yahoo Canada. The phone numbers they provided are not valid.

  16. Why am I receiving time sensitive emails re Zoom meetings 3 hours late?

    Why can't Yahoo ensure that time sensitive emails such as invitations to Zoom meetings not be delayed 3 hours. I understand Yahoo's policy is that an email can be delayed up to 24 hrs and it is not late. Not reasonable in my view.

  18. Allow Attachments to be viewed even after replying to the email

    I recently got a very important email about a new job with an attachment on it. I replied to the email, and without knowing, it got sent to my "sent" basket. Now im trying to look at the attachment to read it over and the attachment is no longer there. This cannot happen as people deal with important stuff through emails like me getting a new job and losing an attachment because of this issue is ridiculous. This needs to change.

  19. What is this "OOPS" when you send something for help
