    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Good morning.
    Is it possible to keep the deleted emails in the "Deleted" folder
    for a longer period of time ? Perhaps for a year? Or till the users
    decide to delete it permanently.

    Why do I receive email in my gmail "all mail" folder and the same emails in other folders? Then when I delete them for "all mail", I have duplicates of the same emails??

  3. Sort by sender

    While "Sort by sender" is still available for the Inbox, it is now missing from other folders (specifically Unread and Sent). Please can this be re-instated.

  4. show if there are any mails in Spam

    It would be useful to have an indicator of the number of emails in the spam folder so that I do not have to keep checking the folder just to find that it is empty.

  5. I thought since I'm now paying for yahoo email, I should be able to customize the page more. which I cant

    Give customer (ME) the ability to delete or hide specific tabs such as sports on my page. To stop recommending such info I don't want to see.
    ALSO AT&T has the ability in my email to sort according to name. ( alphabetically list all emails) so I can clean up and delete all at once such as from Macy's or Home depot.
    Its hard deleting emails one at a time when you have thousands. Add this feature will really help

  6. Better system for emptying/deleting Trash

    Any of these improvements would be more practical and helpful:

    a) Never auto-delete Trash
    b) Personal setting option to auto-delete after X days
    c) Auto-delete but longer than 7 days! (I suggest 30-90 days)

  7. STOP PUTTING EMAILS INTO SPAM

    So many important emails going into spam. Your filters are **** plenty of spam makes it into my main inbox and yet important emails often end up in spam. Please address this.

  8. search display folder

    Again - Display the Folder Location in Search Results

    I just discovered that if you hover over the word "Yahoo" you get a little popup with the folder info. There is already enough space right there in the search results to display that info -- instead of "YAHOO". I'm pretty sure Yahoo Mail used to do this.normally

  9. Go back to the way it was, now i have to use basic mail. If you're going to improve, thats fine, you went backward

    This new update is bad. Now you can see you have new mail in the inbox. But you click on it, it does not show new mail, you have to go to unread mail to view new mail. Makes no sense at all. Why fix if it isn't broken. I have been on here for years, this new change makes you do extra steps to read new mail, bad idea to change

  10. The curser does not remain in the search bar when moving mail to folders on the mobile app.

    If I make a mistake, I have to either start over, or just scroll. What's the point of having the search feature on my phone if the curser goes away immediately? It's annoying and useless at that point and the curser should remain on the screen the same way it does when i'm typing an email.

  11. you add block sender key for spam mails

    Greetings

    it would be very useful if the webmaster of yahoo mail adds the button to block senders on the spam menu

    this function is used in all mailboxes, except on yahoo classic.

    I remind you that we are in 2023 and it would be appropriate to update

  12. Spam counter on main page not working

    On the main page, the count of spam emails is not showing like the other folders do. Like if a have 2 emails in the spam folder, nothing shows up but a '2' should show up there. Seems like this used to work just fine. So often I have missed important emails that got sent to spam because the count does not show up on the main page.

    Hello,
    when will this problem be solved so that you don't have to send files from e-mail to your computer in order to review the sent files, it is very inconvenient and it does not save much time.

  15. why can't I rename a folder in my con

    Why is it that no one from the Yahoo Support team can answer these questions straight up? There should be zero difficulty in renaming Folders or its Sub-Folders. No restrictions should be affecting this. So why is it so hard to rename Folders that are currently in my email list? I would like to have organization within it and to be able to find what I am looking for.

  16. Unable to bulk move messages

    I am not sure how ALL my messages from past 10 years or more have moved to Trash folder. But I want to move all of them back to my inbox folder and there is no way to all at once.
    I am doing by scrolling down upto few thousands and have been doing multiple times to move in piece meal

  18. After delete sent items, unable to restore to Sent Folder

    After delete mails from sent folders, i am unable to restore to the deleted items to Sent Folder. This functionality should not have been removed in the first place!. The basic and most secure idea should be restored to the ORIGINAL folder where it was deleted!!!

  19. IF user says a message is NOT spam, don't put it back in the spam folder!

    Right now, Yahoo's spam filters are not very accurate and apparently do not reflect individuals' mail, just the whole user community's. Some mail gets incorrectly marked as spam and thus does not get to the inbox where it can be picked up by IMAP or POP. If it is marked by the user as NOT SPAM using the button or by moving it, Yahoo keeps putting it back in the spam folder. Yahoo should trust the user and if the user marks it NOT SPAM, then IT IS NOT SPAM and should not be moved by Yahoo back to the…
