When I forward an email, the original automatically goes into the "Trash" folder. I want the original email to stay in my "Inbox" folder.
When forwarding an email, the original goes into "trash." The original email should stay in the "Inbox."
Please try using a different browser. If the issue persists, make sure you do not have a certain setting on a third party email app.

I think you need to have your folks actually try using your e-mail. Am tired of trying to select items, then I cannot even see what I selected, since obviously know better as to what I am thinking. I am seriously looking for a new email service, since yours basically ****

"Unread" Folder
I pay for yahoo email. In the new Yahoo the folder "Unread" is a problem. Every time I open mail in it, that email disappears from 'EVERYWHERE". Please HELP!!!!!!!! I have searched the internet for a long and cannot find the problem mentioned anywhere. Please fix this issue or I will completely stop all my yahoo email and go to gmail.

How to add a folder between Inbox and Trash for easy of finding
I want to add a folder after INBOX so I see it faster. How does one do this?

At the moment, this feature is not available. You cannot create a folder between Inbox and Trash. All the folders that you create, are situated at the button of the email. We will pass along this feedback to the appropriate team for review.

Two Problem with new version which i am facing.
- I can't see full folder name.
- Option to create filter by selecting the mail is not there in new version.

Recently I went into my mail and found out that all my old letters were deleted, the mail was completely empty, like new, I would like to know the reason
If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html
If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

Not able to sync all yahoo mail folders to outlook.
Give sync procedure in HELP

filters no longer work
i have used filters to sort incoming email since i started using yahoo. they worked FINE until the latest version updates and now NOTHING seems to work on any of them....this was a great feature that needs to be fixed in this new version.
Filters work on a system of precedence: filters higher on the list will overrule those lower. Also keep in mind that our Spam filters take precedence over any other filter or setting on the account. This means that if an emails is determined to be Spam, it will go straight there without being affected by any filter(s) on the account.

new folder
I can't see how to create a new folder. This seems very basic, and should not be this difficult.
You can create a new folder from the Folders list using the “New Folder” option at the top of the list. Once it’s created, you should be able to move emails there with eh “Move” button.

It’s best to mark these emails as Not Spam to keep them from going into the Spam folder in the future. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.

In the old email I created "Purchases" file and deleted them when I received the products. New email will not allow me to delete these emai
New email will not allow me to delete (no check boxes) emails I placed
in a "Purchases" folder. I normally would delete these emails when
the products arrived. What the heck have you done???????????????“Purchase” view isn’t a folder, it’s just a saved search of emails in the mailbox, therefore, you will have to delete the email from the Inbox.
