Make it possible to add yahoo email to outlook without causing me to go ballistic
If i could give 0 stars thats what i would do. I'm trying to get my yahoo email in outlook. Yahoo makes it impossible for me to follow the online instructions. It keeps flipping me to addon pages or news feeds or other stuff that has nothing to do with what i need. I need to create the one time app password and I try to get to my security page and total failure. I tried calling the help phone number and got disconnected after describing the problem. Keep arrow key functionality WITHIN the active window.
PLEASE consider the following: Once I have clicked inside of an open email, don't allow the position of the email list to be changed unless I click inside of that window. Currently, if I use the arrow key while browsing inside of the email, the pointer in the list changes to another email. Frustrating!

email sorting
There used to be a sort by sender option for the emails in the inbox (and other folders) in earlier versions and was very useful to go through of bunch of emails, or clear spams out.
Can that be added again as an option -
Go back to old navigation
This new layout is horrible. I want to be able to see less emails at a time so I can quickly choose all to sort which ones I delete and which ones I read.

Mobile Access
On the mobile app, this new update where the emails are all separated (primary, offers, other) is very confusing & it not user friendly as before. When I see an email, it may say 15 unread messages, but I must click each category to read, delete or send emails, instead of simply scrolling down like before to read or make my selections. Also, I do not get the notifications like I use to do. For instance, I went into my mobile email and saw I had 3 email. I deleted them, decided to jump on my laptop to read emails…

Clearing storage
You keep threatening us with turning off our email accounts because of storage. Then do not provide clear instructions on how to do that. I have had this email account for 23 years and would hate to lose it. I have deleted nearly all past emails and drafts, sent, trash...etc but still can not get under 20GB. You offer no assistance. This is a good indication that you don't care and just want the money. It's been a nice ride.

Deleting emails is problematic
Deleting emails from the main inbox page is problematic, it often deletes the second email also immediately after, appearing to be so sensitive that it deletes 2 emails instead of one. Maybe give the option to confirm the deletion.

I've returned to Mail Classic from the insufferably vile New Mail.
Please add an upper right corner X or a "don't remind me again" selection to the inappropriate "Coming soon: An improved Yahoo Mail. "banner at the page top.

memory gauge
Display PROMINENTLY the current memory capacity of Yahoo email account, and PROMINENTLY display how much is currently being used, long before you "limit" or basically render an email account useless. Might I suggest an pie graph or bar graph or an image of a fuel tank going on full.

Put the **** bottom menu bar back on iPhone app. Inbox, contacts, etc. negative reviews on App Store.

Add ability to sort email by Sender in both forward and reverse order.

I hate the NEW MAIL
I can no longer batch delete anything. I can't click one thing and highlight similar/same things and press delete. God forbid, if I try to use my actual delete button. That doesn't work. So clicking on the trash icon on each individual email is the only way to delete emails, except that I can't leave it in one place and repeatedly delete for an easy experience. No, the arrow has to be repositioned every single time because the position changes in each email. Why does everyone need to fix and tinker with things that are NOT broken? Did we ask…

Provide "X" in corner to close Search results
After searching for all of the mail from a particular address and deleting all of those mail items, the "Nothing to see here!" message appears. Please provide an "X" in the upper right corner to close that result. That would be easier than clicking the small "x" to close the tab.

Signature/settings
In the NEW Yahoo+ sill very difficult and harder to use. For ONE There is NO visible way to get to the Mail Settings, I even tried using GPT Chat, no luck. I need to change my signature but there is NO way to find, navigate to settings, NOT in the left hand menu, not in the 9-dot menu. NOT under my profile Icon, and NOT under Manage my account under my profile menu. WHY DID YOU MAHE IT SO HARD, SO DIFFICULT!!!

sWITCHING BETWEEN ACCOUNTS IS NOW ANNOYING, TIME CONSUMING AND POINTLESS
I need to switch between 2 Yahoo! email accounts QUICKLY!!!!!! - And until you put up this poorly working reiteration of the site it DID work fine. I COULD switch between emails rapidly with ONE CLICK... Now I have to SIGN IN with annoying POINTLESS 2 factor ID that I DO NOT WANT and does NOTHING but WASTE MY TIME but is being shoved down my throat EVERY TIME I switch accounts.... That makes Yahoo! USELESS to me.

New Yahoo hides connected accounts
The new Yahoo UI is an automatic no for me because it hides the connected accounts so I can't see if I have new mail.

Filters
It would be nice if "Filter" was added to "More" on each message, so we can add a filter for a message in our Inbox.

Ability to edit / customize left column for easier navigation
Left column currently is unable to be edited or customized to include Trash and Spam folders, for example. Have to click 3 dots to navigation there. Every session I review the Spam and Trash folders to be sure I don't miss anything. Thank you
