Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Go back to the simple and clear email screen where there are things such as compose or read or delete an email like it was 20 years ago. All I want to do is access my account from several years ago and I got so frustrated. I just quit it. I want back into my email such as Slapeman@yahoo.com.
I can’t access it. I’ve gone through so many different layers and so many times typing in six digit security codes and backups and is this the right thing and nothing gets me to the actual email. Send receive interface.…

Don’t see anything
I have recently been transferred from my Old yahoo app to the New one not by me but by your system
The new one is inferior to the old one in the old version looking at my inbox mails I can easily by clicking at the bottom left hand corner go to my folders, sent folder spam etc
Now I have to go back to another screen plus I still can only see the top 5 or 6 folders the rest requires another move into a new screen
So we now have 3 steps not 1 progress I don’t think… -
Make attachments and files easier to access in New Yahoo Mail
The new Yahoo Mail layout has made attachments, PDFs, stored files and navigation much harder to use on both desktop and mobile.
Previously I could easily open, preview and find files. After the interface change, attachments are harder to access, some previews fail to open properly, and navigation is much more confusing.
Please improve file/attachment accessibility or provide an option to return to a more classic and simpler layout.

voice confirmation
I an legally blind and have a horrible time trying to read security codes from my phone or alt email when needing to reset password or get back into my primary email. Might you consider a third option, that being to be able to say verbally back to you the secerity code to verify it is me so I can continue to reset password? Somewhere (I don't remember where now) had that option and when I chose that it went to sound like "nnnnnnndelightfulideannnnnn" where n-noise. My responce was "delightfulidea" and when I said it back I was ok to…

I used to be able to select multiple emails and drag them to a folder, now i cannot. i used to be able to hit little magnifying glasses next to various parts of an email line (such as sender or subject) to search for all emails with that topic and now i cannot. i used to be able to review an email, delete it, and the next one open. now it sends me back to the list again. I used to do a search, review an email, close it, and it returns me to the search. now it dumps me…

Problems in new interface
Very hard navigation in New Yahoo Mail. Widget Contacts is awfull, blocking 1/3rd of the screen and no way to inactivate. Please add option to manage screen divisions and widgets.

Please make it easier to change our password. It's too complicated.

Allow the selection of the same features as the older mail. Provide options. Its just that simple. Gmail does it. So can you.
I still can't switch between yahoo accounts without having to re-log in entirely. The function is worthless. I have to open two windows in two browsers. I guess I have to accelerate the move to gmail. Why does yahoo code consistently get worse instead of better?

I have 6 connected mailboxes. I want to see them all at the top like i used to.
Put our mailboxes back in appearance the way they used to be. I'm using this, not you. I couldn't care less how you like it. I don't want my mailboxes grouped together, and I don't want them a the bottom of my screen. I don't want my folders grouped together either.

Moving 'More on Yahoo'
On the New Yahoo, could you move the "More on Yahoo" closer to the search area. Now you have to move to get to it where as before it was right there.

I see no icon for "more options". I do not see any "..." on the main page for my new Yahoo Mail account.

STOP requiring me to sign every time I switch from one yahoo mail account to another yahoo mail account!!
I have 2 accounts and switch frequently. Yahoo just keeps getting worse and worse -
Include a sort feature for the Sent folder in the new version
For some reason, the new version of Yahoo mail that you developed does NOT have a sort icon for the Sent folder. The old version has the sort icon for all folders---Inbox, Unread, Draft, Trash, Sent, etc. The new version has the sort icon for all folders EXCEPT the Sent folder. How does this make any sense? Why would you design a "new" version of yahoo mail without the sort feature for the Sent folder? It really makes no sense whatsoever. Can you please upgrade the new version and include the sort feature for the Sent folder.

Bring Back 'Move' for Open Messages with Multiple Recipients
Worked in ver 9; broken in ver 10.0.0 and 10.1.0 on Android: New ver removed message "Move" when the message is open and has multiple recipients. All such messages are offered to "Add to Planner" -- never "Move" -- even though the message has nothing to do with calendar/planner. The only way to move such a message is to exit the message, checkmark it in the message list, and move it from there. I move (or delete) all messages so this is SUPER annoying. p.s. Move button is available for open Single-recipient messages.

where are all my old emails
all of my old emails are gone. My inbox is only showing 10 unread emails and nothing else. Where are they I checked archive and they aren't there.

The navigation for unread mail
the new yahoo on iOS app - I usually use the unread feature - normally I am able to scroll through all of them left and right - but with the new update I keep having to go out click in, then go out and do the steps all over again instead of swiping left or right to read the next one. I am very disappointed in the new app.
Also when I try to click out and back into the next message a couple of times, it crashes!
