I have Yahoo email since 2001. Your mail UI is getting worse and worse. More and more difficult to use. I wish you go back to the old version (10 years ago one).

email unread message delete please fix asap
I have been deleting my old emails in abundance but your storage limit is not moving when I delete. Its still saying im at the same level over the amount im meant to have. I refuse to pay for this email as I dont even use it and now I cannot change over my old accounts using this email address to my main one as youre blocking all the emails coming through when i request a new email on the accounts. I cannot delete more than 100 unread email at once, please fix this so I can delete ALL my…

yahoo change on iphone - frustrating to no end
Yahoo, you suck.
You took away groups, hid contacts, broke the app, forced a redesign, and made a loyal user with an iPhone 6s jump through hoops just to send an email. Do better. -
Filters
Re-write the coding for your Junk Filters. The Block Sender and custom filters do not seem to work as intended. I have blocked certain domains due to unacceptable and inappropriate content, yet my Junk folder still regularly populates with these inappropriate messages. Gmail seems to have significantly less issues in this regard.

I don't like the Yahoo Mail that I used through my browser. It's slow. It's clunky. It's hard to stay organized. The old classic Yahoo Mail was good. ProtonMail is good. I have been with Yahoo Mail for almost 30 years. But I must need to stop using Yahoo Mail. It's no longer good. It's too busy. It's too slow. It's too difficult to stay organized. Fix your synchronization
Sync times between devices and yahoo!mail are absolutely atrocious!
Why does it take hours for the web version to sync even a simple email deletion???
Yahoo...you can do so much better!

Give more storage and stay with your strategy. Have better inbox cleaning tools
After around 20 years with Yahoo, the sudden drop to a 15GB storage limit (from 1TB!) is unexpected and disappointing. Online reports of a 20GB limit only make the situation more confusing. To make matters worse, the mobile version is clunky for bulk-cleaning an inbox of this age. What are my options here?

Emails are being returned
A significant amount of colleagues, with whom I am used to communicate frequently, have told me that emails directed to my yahoo inbox are returning with this message: "your message was blocked by claralemos@yahoo.com"
These emails are returning and I would like to know the reason for this. Can you help me? -
deletion
I have deleted emails on numerous occasions, but they still appear in my inbox which is consuming storage. This is very frustrating, I've deleted and then deleted in the deleted folder, but still they appear in my in box !

need to improve your filtering out of junk
I continue to get so much trash. I block at least 10 emails per day and the same ones just keep coming. I have a gmail email and don't have this problem. How can I stop them?

Don't delete the mail if anybody can't sign in last 1or 2yrs

I have been forcibly moved to to the New Yahoo and it is awful I'm advised that I cannot revert to the old yahoo mail. This is unfortunate. The main reason I don't like the new mail is the layout of the screen. It has unwanted information like the panel on the side for starred mail - which I do not need and secondly, a column for identifying Prime mail - Once again I do not need it.
These additional unwanted items is reducing the availability o space for my emails.

Remove video ads
You have made your mail service completely unusable. I have had my yahoo account for over 15 years, and I have kept it because there are people I've known throughout that time that have this email address that I want to know if they decide to reach out to me. I get so much spam that is not filtered out of my inbox and real emails that get filtered into spam, that it has become a lot of work for me to be able to even see what real emails I have. I get over 200 spam emails a day…

You make it SO HARD to throw things away, when you suddenly say "It's full, and now you need to pay." You make it IMPOSSIBLE to sort by SIZE! Or to sort by DATE > ATTACHMENT. In OTHER words, you make it EASY for YOU to SELL more SPACE to ME!
And THAT, my Yahoo! friends, doth NOT a customer experience GOOD make.
And so in OTHER OTHER words, you want to make us pay you more (MORE than just seeing all your HORRIBLE sometimes and USUALLY inane ads!!).

Wow, you don't need us to tell you what is wrong with your email client, people have been telling you for years, you just want to make money selling the real email service but witht he state of the FREE one why would anyone trust that your paid one is any better. Slow scrolling, overloaded with bloat that nobody needs or cares about, my formatting on my signature line hasn't worked correctly in over a year now and well, why am I wasting my breath. you could care less
