Each time I go into my Humana Pharmacy area they need me to click if I need to renew my prescription and when I click on it nothing happens.
I need to be able when I get an e-mail that I can respond to it. Also I need to be able to copy what is there (like when bank shows me a payment made) I can't copy all of it. There are days I wish I had kept the old Yahoo account.I really don't like the new one as well as I did the old one.

sucks! First thing tried to do is download a simple word doc: FAILED! Nothing happened but a little waiting and no results!
give me the old one back since this one is inoperative!

SURVEY
I THOUGHT I HAD A PROBLEM BUT I SEE THAT I AM NOT ALONE, IT IS SOME SORT OF ADVERTISING SCHEME. EMAIL TAB GETS CLOSED AND A SURVEY OPENS ASKING ME TO RATE MY ISP. I CAN NOT GO BACK. I HAVE TO CLOSE THE SURVEY AND OPEN THE EMAIL TAB AGAIN. AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF THIS I THOUGHT MAYBE I WOULD DO THE SURVEY AND IT WOULD GO AWAY. NO. LAST NIGHT I WAS IN IMPORTANT CORRESPONDENCE WITH SOMEONE AND I WAS KICKED OUT 7 TIMES BY THIS SURVEY. ADS ARE ONE THING, THIS IS DISRUPTIVE AND ANNOYING.

Just created a brand new email account an hour ago that I need badly for confirmations. I must have sent at least 5-10 emails to it but received NONE of them! How long does it take to get the first emails on a new account??

The new interface and setup was clearly designed by a bunch of drunken crazed weasels.
The new Email format is utterly terrible. It looks and functions like it was designed by a bunch of crazed drunken weasels. No thought, design or functionality was considered. Where did you get this? North Korea?

"More Settings" doesn't work so that I can move ahead with telling why I want to go back to Classic.
Why did you launch this without making sure it works? ie. "Settings", Deleting are dead so have a better way of making this work properly.

Have it work. That would be a great atarting point.
Why not have it work. That would be an excellent place to start. Does it not play well with Edge? Have problems working with Microsoft? It works on my Android phone, just not on my computer...WHERE I NEED IT TO WORK MOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost impossible SEND an email from desktop mail. Impossible to open any attachments in desktop mail. Yahoo Mail, you're failing.

Copy and paste work erratically. Extremely annoying.
Yahoo is already aware of this issue since I have seen other complaining about this same problem. Could be a problem associated with using IE 11 which is my browser of choice. Unable to paste exactly where I need it to be; pasted copy jumps to beginning of email. Ridiculous. Its now 2018. Can you work on making Yahoo mail compatible with IE 11 there are hundred of thousands of us out there!!!!
