How can we improve New Mail?

Each time I go into my Humana Pharmacy area they need me to click if I need to renew my prescription and when I click on it nothing happens.

I need to be able when I get an e-mail that I can respond to it. Also I need to be able to copy what is there (like when bank shows me a payment made) I can't copy all of it. There are days I wish I had kept the old Yahoo account.I really don't like the new one as well as I did the old one.
