First time using the help 1-800 number should be FREE! disappointed in service.
I have had Yahoomail since 2000. I have never had a problem logging into my account. I have been trying to log in for 3 days now. In an era when peoples lives are online, there should always be a way to access their information. sort email based on month/year
It just happens that I need to find an email from 4-5 years ago and it is a PAIN to scroll through the enormous amount of messages just to reach a specific year and specific month.
It would be great if more advanced sorting options would be available. -

deleted emails coming back
I am having problems with the operations of my email. Deleted emails come back, popping back into my inbox after I have deleted them. What is wrong and what can I do to fix this?

I was with Yahoo for ages. Unfortunately, I have to stop using your service.
Your ******* login problems kill me. I hate your login problems. It happens every day, I need to go through your stupid rules and design. I do not give my phone number to anyone. You are not ******* an exception. You are a big headache now. In addition, I cannot find a way to disable your ******* logging questions. -

What is going on with the new changes. The new email was terrible and the old email isn't much better. This morning I opened the system, left the room to get a handkerchief, and returned only to have it open? This is worse than ridiculous!

mail not being received in timely manner
Not sure if the new mailing system is casuing this issue, but important sending domains are not being processed at a suitable interval. All other domains receive mail much faster than this one. This needs to be addressed.

Better elimination of SPAM, junk/garbage mail
Now that Yahoo has set limits, I believe it is your responsibility to provide better SPAM filters that clearly let through obvious junk mail. You may provide this in your premium service, but ever since your imposed limits, I'm getting more garbage than before. Even when I flag something as SPAM, it responds by giving me more.

Time for you to retire YAHOO.
I suggest you, YAHOO go out of business. I retired from IBM and owned one of the first computers [PC,s] ever made as IBM invented the first true "computer". I was one of your first ever customers as I had an IBM computer when the first real computer language was invented. Then we programed in 'machine language' where we talked directly to the computer in its language which was not English but was called 'machine language'.

But now, YAHOO is only a shadow of itself. Time to retire YAHOO MAIL. Only issue is how horrible other email vendors are. -
Remove ads or we take our business elsewhere
If you don't remove these stupid ads from our paid for business email we are taking our business elsewhere.
