Stop changing things and just make it work properly again!
I am at the point of ditching Yahoo mail after 30 plus years! The last few weeks messages have been unbelievably slow to load, and my Yahoo mail window frequently informs me that I have no internet connection, even though I know that I do and use the internet connection fine on every other tab!

Fix the glitches
Why is my email on the computer saying I have over 300 emails, but my phone is saying something else? AND why does it keep loading and glitching when trying to view it on my phone?

Yahoo Mail is NOT working on my cellphone / mobile... it WILL NOT leave the "Stay in the loop [choose the notifications you]". some choices I can select "allow" it goes to the next page "choose a look" I can select next it wants me to link other email accounts from gmail, outlook, and aol. I select "maybe later" and I takes me right back to "stay in the loop" {selecting back takes me back to previous page -not mail-).

Enough with all the ads in the preview pane.
Hi, I was just curious why you don't add more ads to the preview pane? I mean, I can still read the preview. You're really slacking off there. It's bad enough when you put our a New Yahoo mail it's always horrible, harder to use, less intuitively obvious, and just pain ugly, but now you've add an ad pain at the bottom of the preview window to go along with the one on the right side. WTH yahoo!? Yes, I know you have a paid version without ads, I used to use it but I just don't have any use…

shut off the **** video ads. or at least mute them
Your video ads are absolutely insane. A) they slow my machine down b/c you play the same ad in 3 ad windows (are your advertises paying you double/triple for that, btw?) B) you can't mute them, so randomly in the middle of a Teams meeting, my personal PC starts screaming about Chevy trucks. so in order to enure that I don't get embarassed by you, I have to just close my inbox.

how to disable AI in yahoo mail
I would like the ability to disable AI when composing mail. It keeps correcting me and it slows me down because I have to go back and delete and retype. I do not want AI or automatic correction of what I write.

NEW LOOK A PROBLEM
Good day, I gave feedback that my phone and computer emails are not the same. I saw now on my phone that it keeps going to PRIMARY instead of staying on ALL emails. This is SUPER ANNOYING as I want to ALWAYS see ALL my emails. Why do I have to keep on choosing ALL emails?

The SEARCH bar covers the top of the emails lists and I cannot delete or move emails from there???

Fix the glitches
Terrible. The page keeps loading and loading and then skipping and won't scroll. It's impossible to select the emails to delete. It's really hard to navigate. And this is not my internet connection. What is happening? Is it because I am not willing to pay more for the account? Terrible.

email sync or receive
Hello there,
i'm able to log-in and access my email. However, since October 3, there have been no emails received in the inbox. I checked the mail storage and it shows 7.5 GB is used out of 20 GB limit. I'm able to send email to my 2nd email, or recovery email address which is HS880@Hotmail.com but am not able to receive any emails at all. -
delete old emails, so that I can receive new ones. I did, but it still says I can't receive any new emails. What do I do now?
make it easier to delete old emails. I did a couple of years worth, but still can't use it. Or maybe have an automatic way to do that, so I don't have to remember to do it.

Leave the messages separate. Combining them together is creating more problems than it remedies.
I have recently been forced to migrate to the newer Yahoo mail which I have been avoiding to great extent. Anyway, now instead of separate emails informing me of this or that, I get a STRING of emails all together and it is difficult to tell which one I am supposed to be reading. It does not help with organisation. In fact, it makes it worse. If I want to combine messages together, I can create a folder and put the emails in there together myself.

Ads to stop playing full vol even when muted
I hate the fact that ads play at full volume even when I have them muted??? Never used to happen on "Old Mail" so can you please make the ads work with the mute button or have them not play ads sounds at all unless I select it to do so.
