Missing emails... Feedback
Just leaving a feedback to whom it may concern:
I have my Yahoo Mail account (free) for almost 20 years, and I've been saving many emails since then.
Now I can not find any email (correctly saved in folders) from 2007 backward. Why did Yahoo deleted my old emails before April 2007? I've tried, with no success, many
ways to retrieve them (since Yahoo restores only 7 days old emails!) and I wrote to Forums as well.
Is there any other way to get those emails back?
I think there are no excuses for this action once I still have… -
My suggestion is to go back two revisions and scrap this and the last revisions. I hate it

I have seen delays more than 8 hours but that's not the case for Ymail.com

Remove contact sidebar panel
I know who my contacts are and who my emails are from. It would be nice to see what they have to say in the preview. The contacts panel makes the preview panel useless.

Problem with email not staying selected and it scrolls back up to most recent email
There seems to be a problem when I have selected a certain email it doesn't stay selected and the email list automatically scrolls back up to the newest email received.

YAHOO NEEDS AN OPTION WHERE YOU CAN CLEAN OUT ALL MESSAGES FROM INBOX TO TRASH.
WE NEED THE OPTION TO WIPE OUT THE ENTIRE INBOX. I HAVE SPAM THAT IS IN MY NEW MAIL AND ITS HARD TO SIFT OUT OLD FROM NEW ITS EXHAUSTING. SO ID RATHER DELETE EVERYTHING FROM MY INBOX AND START FRESH.

How can I get back to the old one? I don't like how I view photos on my email. Before I could download or just view them in a larger forma
As stated above, I don't like how I can view the photos that are sent to me on my e-mails. Now they can only be downloaded. I liked the old format where I can view them larger first.

Sent mail not received
I periodically have an issue in which mail I send to one of my contacts (also with a Yahoo email address) is not received until anywhere from hours later to days later. There is only one person I email daily, so the issue could be more pervasive. I just know this one contact has issues periodically. I pay for the PRO service. If this continues, I won't pay any longer. There is no reason to pay for a service and have issues with emails not being received.

Allow mass selection by date
Since there are large date headers, allow selecting and options: such as, delete all mail under "today" instead of individual clicking

would be nice when you do search in the email that you will get all the emails from this sender even if some are deleted, and will be in the trash folder (sometimes you find you delete something by mistake and the search will help to find it)

Latest email not showing
The first email in all my inbox never shows up and when it does, it's for a split second. It's become infuriating, especially when I am a paying customer.

Missing the Scroll staying where it was last. Miss the note telling me how many messages were moved and where they went to.
