I do not have ANY contact icon. Cant pull up ANY contacts. Ridiculous
Post a new idea? How about FIX the PROBLEM of no contact icon, of not being able to PULL UP contacts. That seems a fairly important proposition. Don't know when this occurred but people are searching for answers to this problem, so why did it occur in the first place. Great reason to dump YAHOO entirely. Incidentally, your web page looks like a jumble of advertising ****. Every ten feet there is a web designer that could EASILY give you something that looks fresh and well designed. How can this possibly be happening with a company dealing with COMMUNICATING INFORMATION?…

Two times in the last week I click on my emails and they will not load up and the problem isn't on my end?
Twice this week now when I check my emails (I do a lot of surveys for extra income and such) and click on particular ones, they will not load up. The problem isn't from my computer or internet, on your end? Why keep updating things when it works better the old way?

For some reason I am not getting any pictures in my emails, see there are others with the same problem, are you going to get it corrected?

Stop making it so hard to sign in to second email account!
You tout, and exhort us to create and use, additional accounts. Then, when we try to log in, you make us jump through flaming hoops to accomplish it. If you can't handle more than one account, admit that yahoo.com is as lame as millions of people know it is.

Fix Yahoo Mail on Android
Yahoo mail is sometimes way to sluggish when composing on and Android device, it would sure be nice to see an update that would fix this problem.

i want to attach a file of length 195 MB but it allow only 25 mb .... so will you increase the limit of the attachment .... this file is most important for me to send so please do it as soon as possible near 2 aug .... please ...

I sign in from a laptop & my phone. Your new varification system is driving me crazy. if it continues I'll close this account. Lighter pls.
The new sign in protections don't work if using two gadgets. it's too heavy and requires a lighter / more adaptable setting like "Are you using 2 devices to log in?"

How about giving me a way to ask why my brand new email doesn't work AT ALL.
I set up a new email yesterday. I send test emails to other accounts; not one of them has gotten through. I sent test emails FROM other accounts; not one of those has gotten through, either.
Instead of giving us new, prettier color choices, how about giving us a REAL way to raise genuine problems, rather than:
*self help pages that basically ask us to examine how WE got it wrong;
*help pages that send a generic problem report into cyber oblivion, so we FEEL like something is being done; or
*user forums, where everybody who has had the same… -
