Fix your servers. I can't download my old messages because apparently you are having Server Problems.
It's bad enough that you decided to alienate all of your Messenger userbase by deleting the messenger and our old archives. Now, when I'm attempting to play by your rules and using the Download File option to get my old messages, I'm getting a message that says 'Failed - Server Problem'. I know it isn't on my side because Comcast just completed maintenance not even 10 hours ago. Your pictures are stuck in Inline Imaging and all the Help anecdotes to resolve the issue fail after 3 hours of trying to open pictures.

Post a new idea? How about FIX the PROBLEM of no contact icon, of not being able to PULL UP contacts. That seems a fairly important proposition. Don't know when this occurred but people are searching for answers to this problem, so why did it occur in the first place. Great reason to dump YAHOO entirely. Incidentally, your web page looks like a jumble of advertising ****. Every ten feet there is a web designer that could EASILY give you something that looks fresh and well designed. How can this possibly be happening with a company dealing with COMMUNICATING INFORMATION?…

Two times in the last week I click on my emails and they will not load up and the problem isn't on my end?
Twice this week now when I check my emails (I do a lot of surveys for extra income and such) and click on particular ones, they will not load up. The problem isn't from my computer or internet, on your end? Why keep updating things when it works better the old way?

Stop making it so hard to sign in to second email account!
You tout, and exhort us to create and use, additional accounts. Then, when we try to log in, you make us jump through flaming hoops to accomplish it. If you can't handle more than one account, admit that yahoo.com is as lame as millions of people know it is.

Fix Yahoo Mail on Android
Yahoo mail is sometimes way to sluggish when composing on and Android device, it would sure be nice to see an update that would fix this problem.
