How about giving me a way to ask why my brand new email doesn't work AT ALL.
I set up a new email yesterday. I send test emails to other accounts; not one of them has gotten through. I sent test emails FROM other accounts; not one of those has gotten through, either.
Instead of giving us new, prettier color choices, how about giving us a REAL way to raise genuine problems, rather than:
*self help pages that basically ask us to examine how WE got it wrong;
*help pages that send a generic problem report into cyber oblivion, so we FEEL like something is being done; or
*user forums, where everybody who has had the same… -

My emails are being rerouted into my trash folder without me seeing them and won't stay in my inbox when I move them back.
I have NO filters set and somehow important emails are being marked as read and put into my trash folder without me seeing them and can not be moved back to my inbox WHERE I WANT THEM!

you people of yahoo management should hire better UX designer, its HEADACHE, every single time you release update yahoo mail its come with more terrible UX.
i dont think yahoo have UX team at all.
or at least check live mail and gmail for reference.

outage
Outage this past weekend caused me to lose emails over a two day period. Seemingly no "Undeliverable" was sent back tot he Sender... Poor experience.
Makes me question the scalability of the email offering.

Please rollback to original layout pre-2010, make original layout default and make drag and drop available with "basic" format. The classic layout currently available lacks any kind of ergonomics it feels like you are fighting to achieve the end goal. Next I would bring up current security settings such as the inability to use former passwords, this is an AWFUL idea, many users including myself cycle passwords for security and doing this has eliminated any of my top 10 from being used again this generally leads to lost accounts. moving me right to my next point the automated account recovery…

I cant get my password for my Kindle fire to work so I have even got email and text codes but they font work either.

Flashing email contents
On email messages that contain a lot of images, your email keeps "flashing" the contents of the email message as I scroll through it. By "flashing", I mean that the email disappears and goes to a completely white background for a couple of seconds, and then the email message display comes back. This is very annoying. The old classic email version never did this.
