How about giving me a way to ask why my brand new email doesn't work AT ALL.
I set up a new email yesterday. I send test emails to other accounts; not one of them has gotten through. I sent test emails FROM other accounts; not one of those has gotten through, either.
Instead of giving us new, prettier color choices, how about giving us a REAL way to raise genuine problems, rather than:
*self help pages that basically ask us to examine how WE got it wrong;
*help pages that send a generic problem report into cyber oblivion, so we FEEL like something is being done; or
*user forums, where everybody who has had the same problem can commiserate.
