how to disable AI in yahoo mail
I would like the ability to disable AI when composing mail. It keeps correcting me and it slows me down because I have to go back and delete and retype. I do not want AI or automatic correction of what I write.

NEW LOOK A PROBLEM
Good day, I gave feedback that my phone and computer emails are not the same. I saw now on my phone that it keeps going to PRIMARY instead of staying on ALL emails. This is SUPER ANNOYING as I want to ALWAYS see ALL my emails. Why do I have to keep on choosing ALL emails?

The SEARCH bar covers the top of the emails lists and I cannot delete or move emails from there???

Fix the glitches
Terrible. The page keeps loading and loading and then skipping and won't scroll. It's impossible to select the emails to delete. It's really hard to navigate. And this is not my internet connection. What is happening? Is it because I am not willing to pay more for the account? Terrible.

email sync or receive
Hello there,
i'm able to log-in and access my email. However, since October 3, there have been no emails received in the inbox. I checked the mail storage and it shows 7.5 GB is used out of 20 GB limit. I'm able to send email to my 2nd email, or recovery email address which is HS880@Hotmail.com but am not able to receive any emails at all. -
delete old emails, so that I can receive new ones. I did, but it still says I can't receive any new emails. What do I do now?
make it easier to delete old emails. I did a couple of years worth, but still can't use it. Or maybe have an automatic way to do that, so I don't have to remember to do it.

Leave the messages separate. Combining them together is creating more problems than it remedies.
I have recently been forced to migrate to the newer Yahoo mail which I have been avoiding to great extent. Anyway, now instead of separate emails informing me of this or that, I get a STRING of emails all together and it is difficult to tell which one I am supposed to be reading. It does not help with organisation. In fact, it makes it worse. If I want to combine messages together, I can create a folder and put the emails in there together myself.

Ads to stop playing full vol even when muted
I hate the fact that ads play at full volume even when I have them muted??? Never used to happen on "Old Mail" so can you please make the ads work with the mute button or have them not play ads sounds at all unless I select it to do so.

Cursor disappears with Ad popups
When drafting an email, the cursor kicks out whenever a new Ad loads. For example, I will be typing a sentence into a New Email, as a new Ad pops up in the window along the shoulder, the cursor disappears. You need to then reinsert the cursor to continue typing your email. It is incredibly frustrating!

Customer Service
Emails being lost and never received. Confirmed with sender everything ok on their end. These are known senders in my contacts that have been received in past. This is a yahoo issue but the only way to get assistance is to pay because of your error? How about have a contact form that actually gives you options and not just accidentally deleted. Very long time customer is very very upset with yahoo losing critical emails and wanting me to pay to fix it?!!!!

Fix the problem with not receiving emails. I am missing emails from my attorney(very important), family, and major golf tournaments (masters) in the past 10 days or so. No blocking, no forwarding, no changes in the settings. Been using for over 25 years....

I hate this new account login mess it abuses having my cell phone number
Ever since I provided my phone number for account recovery, I now login from my personal computer and personal cell phone using my login name and password BUT now Yahoo stops me from logging in with a "Is this really you"? message. then I have to receive a text message for sign up for a what's up account to receive a code before I can login AFTER I have already provided my login information ON MY PERSONAL COMPUTER. This is SO annoying that if my cellphone dies, is stolen, or not with me, I CANNOT CHECK MY EMAIL from anywhere.…

Yahoo new storage limits and lack of options with forwarding
I have had a yahoo mail account over 2 decades. I pay for the forwarding option but apparently there is a new storage limit and I haven’t received emails in my gmail from yahoo for 5 days. Those emails are lost forever. There used to be an option to delete mails from yahoo after they were forwarded. Since that doesn’t exist anymore yahoo is no longer a convenient option. I will transfer all of my accounts to gmail and stop paying for the forwarding option. Congratulations Yahoo. You just lost revenue from my forwarding service. This is ridiculous.

Webmail performance is "slow"
Webmail server has issues, too slow to use for business purposes. If there is no resolution, then I will likely cancel subscription as I cannot operate my business under this performance level. It is not a local, wifi, internet connection, or personal computer issue, as all other websites and servers are working great. Clearing the cache, browsing history, extensions has no effect. This is clearly a more recent Yahoo mail server issue, and I'll just have to switch providers if Yahoo (or Turbify) cannot figure out a solution.
