How to delete fast
You ask us to clear our files, but you make it impossible. At some point I supposedly permanently deleted 80,000 emails and my total number went from 450,000 to 440,000! Or I select all unstarred, but just 50 emails are actually selected.

Visibility Limited, Sort terrible on from / to, format is not good
Redesign is over-engineered. Poorly designed. Loss of visibility of lot of emails at one time. The images are somewhat worthless but cute. The inability to sort is terrible. Lot of time and money wasted on little that improves that actual user experience. Honestly, Yahoo! should revert back to the old format. But I know you're too far in to do that and admit a F/U.

Please do not replace the current yahoo mail as it works perfectly!
The current version of yahoo mail works for all my needs! Please do not change anything! A new version of yahoo mail is not necessary as it performs better than Outlook and Gmail. Don't mess up a good thing!!!d If it ain't broke don't fix it. Your software engineers can other tasks instead of wasting time building a new version of yahoo mail.

Less Advertisements
I don't have an idea, but a suggestion. Please, if it's possible to eliminate so many advertising messages and images on the yahoo mail site. I can't check emails because it seems to be buffering, or the page stands hesitant while the next advertisment is generated.

Fix the bugs, performance is terrible
My inbox is incredibly glitchy. I can't select mail to delete, it keeps scrolling back up when I am scrolling down. I am not sure what changes you have made, but it is impossible to work with these days.

See file size and have ability to sort by file size
It would be really helpful if I could see the size of email messages, please. I am trying to purge large files, but I can't see the size of the messages AND I can't sort by size.
My husband somehow has different settings that allow him to sort his messages by size. We don't know what the difference is - but his layout looks different. Please help! Thank you!!! -
New Yahoo email is not needed!
Please don't mess with a good thing that the current Yahoo mail provides. I've tried the newer versions of Yahoo mail and as the old saying goes, "don't mess with it if it ain't broke". I've been a yahoo email user for many years and have always boasted how well the Yahoo mail works. Please, Please, Please don't allow your programmers to ***** a good thing up!

Make it scroll smoothly again.
All of the inline and side bar ads in mail are making the screen jutter around. This is making it frustrating to use mail, and difficult to click on the correct message. Please fix this bug. If this continues I will begin only using my native desktop application.

Make sure it shows storage size if you want users to control it
The amount of used storage is not showing in my account. I followed instructions to find it but it doesn't display. I am asked to either clear space or buy storage. Free limit is 20gb, but how can I know how much to clear if I can't see how much I am using?

actually empty the trash!
Trash won't empty!!
I've put thousands of emails in the trash, and when I click "empty," it appears to empty them - but they're still there! ...and you won't let me receive/send messages because I have too many emails in my account!

Bring back Shift + Click for selecting numerous emails on a page (such as for deleting) so a person doesn't have to individually select each
I used to be able to delete many emails at one time by marking them using Shift + Click instead of deleting a whole page of emails or individually selecting each email.
You want us to delete emails so we have less than 20 gigs. I have 20 gigs to delete, but I also want to save some. How can I select several emails on a page without deleting the whole page if you no longer allow Shift + Click to work? It used to work.

New Desktop Yahoo Mail intermittently freezes using EDGE, Chrome or FireFox browsers.
Slow Loading or Freezing Pages. I've tried using EDGE, Chrome and Firefox desktop browsers.
