  2. change of the yahoo.es to yahoo.com I want to use yahoo mail but I don`t know why I cannot use that finish. That one is for Spain users

    Need to change my yahoo mail from *@yahoo.es to *@yahoo.com in order to start using it. Maybe I mistakenly did it bad in a moment but want it to be fixe. Can you do it?

    Hi there. The correct email address would be the one that is able to receive emails. Despite being able to sign in using both domains attached to that username, when giving out your email address to senders, you'd need to give them the one with the correct domain in order to receive their emails. Email domains cannot be edited. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

  4. why do I have to keep signing in on my phone when I try to sign in on my laptop, its really annoying, as well as writing this!

    Stop me having to sign in twice.....sorry 3 times now as you have to resign in to post thses posts. Seems like someone is bored and wants attention from frustrated customers

    They should update yahoo email website and app to be able change default email address without the need of making another for people that still want to keep using the same account for yahoo mail.

    You'll need to be signed into your account from a desktop PC or laptop at mail.yahoo.com, or on the Yahoo Mail app for Android or iOS first. Here are the steps:

    From a web browser:

    1. Sign in to the Yahoo Account Security page.
    2. Click Edit next to the verification option you want to delete.
    3. Click the Edit icon next to the recovery option you want to delete.
    4. Click Remove from my account.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

    From most Yahoo mobile apps:

    1. In the upper left, tap your Profile icon.
    2. Tap Manage accounts.
    3. Tap Account info.
    4. Tap Security Settings.
    5. Tap Edit next to the verification option you want to delete.
    6. Tap the Edit icon next to the recovery option you want to delete.
    7. Tap Remove from my account.
    8. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

    Hi. In case you're accessing Yahoo Mail from a saved bookmark in your browser, make sure to delete it then create a new one when you have your mail.yahoo.com page open in your Inbox folder. 

  9. Stop blocking emails that I need!

    How come Yahoo is blocking all emails from my church? I do not have them in my "blocked domain" list. As of June 22, I haven't received any emails that I NEED to get from them. I contacted my church's IT department and they informed me that Yahoo is blocking all emails from the domain churchofjesuschrist.org and that they are in negotiations with Yahoo. The emails aren't even showing up in my spam folder. You'll allow horrible emails to go to my spam folder such as "get harder," "love sexes," hot single asian girls, etc yet you won't allow me…

  10. change our profile names when we change them on the settings

    It would be less annoying if your personnel could really update the names on our profile whenever we sign back in. I have changed my name since I got married but my ex's name still coming up as my profile name whenever I send out an email

    If you got married, changed your name, or just want to reinvent yourself you can easily do it in Yahoo Mail by changing your sending name, that is displayed to your recipients when they receive an email from you.


    1. Sign in to Yahoo Mail.
    2. Click the Settings menu icon | More Settings.
    3. Click Mailboxes.
    4. Select the account you want to edit.
    5. Click under 'Your name' to delete or edit your sending name.
    6. Click Save.

  12. I can open my email and read them but I can not send email.Again once my opened my mail when I click for example delete it will not delete.

    If I type information and I want to send and I click on send, it does not Again,go.After reading my message ,the total number still remains e.g if there are 10 emails in my inbox, after reading all the 10,the same email will remain in the inbox as if I have not read them.Again,emails that I will received in say 3 days to 4 days, 5 days will all go off.     In case you have the account key enabled on the account, the option to reset your password will be disabled. Please temporarily turn off the account key then go to the same page and the option to change your password will be available.

    Show off your style by changing the default font type and size in Yahoo Mail. When scrolling through the font options, you'll see a message preview to the right to show you what the font will look like.

    1. Click on the Settings icon | click on More Settings .
    2. Click on Writing email.
    3. Under "Default rich-text font" select your preferred font style and size.

    Hi there. The option to change your font when composing emails in the Yahoo Mail app is not available at the moment. I recommend sending your Yahoo Mail feedback regarding your ideas by tapping on your profile icon then on ''Give feedback''. 

  20. put the ability to block emal as an option again!

    Suddenly I am unable to block spam mail. Or any email for that matter. I have had a yahoo email address for at least 20 years and this is ridiculous. I think it is time to end this difficult relationship with YAHOO!
