    This is a serious problem. All help articles are NOT helping. In my settings, there are no other email addresses in use. How could this have changed randomly at any rate? Not sure what to do. Its a major problem if I can't rely on my Yahoo email. I'm also very wary of the 'support' chat offer which asks you to pay money before getting help. What!?! Yahoo if you have customer service, please help!

    I follow steps to add reply-to address and says to verify and will be sent a CODE. Code never comes and meanwhile I cannot send any e-mails. It says that "reply-to" address is not verified.

    Yahoo mail is now useless! I cannot send emails and can't talk or chat with anyone unless I PAY FOR IT??? I'm now a Google customer. Way to ***** yourself Yahoo!

    Every few years something goes haywire on my account. Last time something caused most of my emails to be sent to my Trash folder.

    How do I restore my original "Reply to" address. It ceased to function on its own. I tried to restore it but was not allowed...

    Do you pop this on real unverified accounts or just the ones you don't want us to respond to? Same email addresses i've responded to and sent mail to in the past with no problem but now they're unverified? What's the real fix, Yahoo?

    I have exactly the same issue... major problem that can't be user resolved (I do know about this computer stuff and nothing will let me change or delete the offending address, or even change the reply to address)
    Worst of all, no technical support as far as I can see. "speak to a yahoo expert" seems to be more of a counselling service than any actual help.
    Sadly after many many years on yahoo, I'm switching to Outlook because of this.

    As of yesterday I cannot send or reply to mail. Issue with reply address, but it won't let me change it. it says I have, and I even verified the correct address, but the mail has the address with Capital initials as unverified.
    This is a problem at your end. It's a Pro account so I pay for this, but I can't stay loyal if the system is ubnsupported.

    I can not send my emails. Says that its an unverified address. What the heck? I can not get any help for this and my email is basically worthless! I am not a happy camper right now. Help!!

    This is unacceptable. Many people have contacted me and said their email to me can't be delivered. I have had this mailbox since 2002. I have my work orders come through here, and some of those aren't being delivered either.

    I have not been able to reply to any of my messages. The internet suggest changing Rich text to Plain test and Cannot edit Rich text. Please help

    I've been checking for a way for days, but inadequate info everywhere on how to verify addresses, although I did find a place on line to verify and it said addresses were correct; however, it was meaningless for Yahoo. I'm wondering if Yahoo has set it this way to get people to join the new Yahoo for $5.00 a month.

    Where can I update this, I have the same issue! I'm retired and on a fixed income, this is the only way that I communicate with others. And I'm not well versed with computer stuff.

    Why do we have to check verifing email address. It does not let me email my contacts. I never had problems with that before.
