Hi I keep getting messages that my storage is full and will not be able to receive emails after Aug 27 even after deleting several thousand emails (even emptying trash).

i spent a couple hours including with customer support to get all the features for yahoo!mail+ and cleared cache, switched to basic, reboote
please provide access to access the following from y!mail+.

will i eventually get access? can you ask to add it to my account?
in sorting, i dont have an option for by size.

Make it easy to clean up old entries in one folder
Allow selection of all entries in a specific folder prior to a specified date (or a specific entry) to easily delete oldest entries rather than one at a time selection and removal.

Charging for automatic email forwarding is despicable. If someone wants to stop using your mailbox (rife with obnoxious ads now) they still have to continue to pay five dollars a month to have emails forwarded automatically to their new (and lets be honest, far superior) email provider. Policies like this are unethical and you should seriously reconsider allowing users to automatically forward away from your platform without continuing to pay you, for essentially doing nothing. I suppose I'll be blasting my contacts for weeks to let them know where to send emails from now on. You turned a simple 2…

I received a message stating that i have used too much email space. Checking setup, i had 30.9 Gig used. So i deleted 10s of 1000s of emails to clear my used space and it still reads 30.9 Gig used. What is the problem?

Today, without any previous notice, I got an email that my inbox memory is limited to 20GB! and the worst is that there is no memory management option in my email app or web page! the bottom for "manage Storage" in that email is redirected to email page with no tool to manage. Search and even advanced search have no option to sort emails based on their size. How should someone delete large attachments then?

If space is at a premium now, then why don't the spam filters actually filter 90% of the spam? Why is there no bulk delete option for emails?

Develop/Deploy Bulk Delete Option BEFORE introducing a data cap
If you are going to enforce a data cap, after I have been using yahoo for more than 24 years, you should at least offer a bulk delete option. My feedback is greed is annoying, I understand cloud space costs money, but don't create a negative experience by not providing the tools to achieve the desired effect... The least you can do for supporting you for 25 years is give me a bulk delete option.... gross

FILTER SETTINGS
I wish to select mails by the day/ date the mails were received. For example, I wish to select all mails received "TODAY", or "Yesterday" or on a certain date, to be able to delete them, This is helpful when i select all the mails for the day as most of them are usually junk and then scroll through the list and untick the handful that are good emails, and then click DELETE to clear the ticked ones.
