I clicked on some button and unsure what I clicked on. Now I can't open any of my e mails. I rebooted my computer, checked everywhere I can think of but still can't open any emails. Here is the error message I receive. We couldn't load this message. Retry............Any help??? I can open my email on my phone, but not my desktop. Thanks

Spam mails from India can't be blocked. Please fix.
many of the relentless spam emails, especially from India, has no block option and can't be stopped. There should be an option for ALL emails to be permanently blocked.

You reduced my storage by >90% with no warning, and it seems thwarting export to gmail.
Yahoo is an archaic company and service and now you're alienating your user base. I'm not alone as seen on multiple forums over the last few weeks since you've reduced our storage to 20GB from 1TB.
Let me export in peace (which you're not enabling btw). In the heat of the moment -- I dislike Yahoo and Yahoo Mail atm.

AI enabled summary
I never opted for an AI summary of my emails and now that happens each time I open an email, which I HATE!!! I have turned this feature off in my settings and it still is happening. Please tell me how to STOP this immediately. Thank you.

Increase in Number of Blocking Emails from 1000 to 5000
Increase the Capacity and No of email IDs which can be put in Blocked List to 5000 from 1000 at present so that spam and malicious emails can be blocked

Limited storage
Where can we check storage, now that you have reduced storage, I may move to another email service such as gmail, outlook etc with more storage capacity.

Video Ads & Sound Autoplay
Stop Video Ads and Sound from playing. It interrupts my conversations and everything else. If I like the ad, I will click on it. Do you want people to switch to other mail providers because of a simple fix? You need to post ads, I get it, but they do not need to autoplay. It's 2024. Other Email Providers are not doing this. I don't want to change my autoplay settings for all websites just because of yours.

Unable to log in unless I make new password EVERY TIME
I log in to Yahoo and AOL four or five times every day, always using the same computer for ten years, and have to get a text or email EVERY TIME and then create a NEW PASSWORD EVERY TIME. This is asinine. Since it is impossible to contact anyone specifically or even CHAT for an explanation, I'm left wondering if maybe Yahoo and AOL are looking for viewers to leave the sites. Login is very difficult
There are too many layers for login and it is difficult to log into e-mail account. Please change it back. We do not need verification every time when we login.

Mail App needs Ability for User to Change Language
You forced me from Cox.net while I was on vacation in Mexico. Now the Yahoo Mail app on the web site is "hard coded" to Spanish WHICH I DO NOT SPEAK. Also, Yahoo notifications are sent in Spanish. Setting language settings in profile DOES NOT CHANGE the mail app, but Yahoo sites keep saying so. I have spent hours with Yahoo tech support and two days later, Yahoo is still in Spanish. What's so wrong with the user being able to select any language they want or SPEAK for mail? Auto-setting by IP address only is really a bad idea.…
