Why is it not possible to choose own currency? Yahoo is billing me in British Pounds, but I'm not a resident in the UK. My currency is in Euros? Why can't I be billed in Euros, having my billing address in The Netherland?

We want Yahoo to add features that can help us BLOCK emails from people or organizations that have deliberately refused to unsubscribe us after we've written to them severally on many occasions to unsubscribe us, yet, they deliberately refused to do so for many years. This is very traumatizing! "Naukrigulf" have refused to unsubscribe me for many years after I wrote to them severally. This problem is currently happening in my other Yahoo email Account.

Currently accounts are locked out of being able to use the App Password without any particular reason or guidance as to why.
Please generate documentation, limitations, or a reason outside of "App Passwords are not available for this account". Failure to do so just limits any advantages and will cause others to abandon the platform. -
