   I don't have the alias option under on my mailbox settings. The option is missins! I need to create an alias since my yahoo mail ends in .br (due to my country). How can I create an alias? I don't have the option?

2. General Note - re Yahoo policies tied to Verizon Media

   The policy that is tied to my Yahoo and Yahoo Mail Pro account ties to a Verizon Media listing. Note that the email app that I have on my phone is tied to another carrier. The phone is Google Pixel 4. Also date of last update is only tied to month (October) 2020 and does not list date or day in October. For that reason I 1st selected "not now" but in order to post I had to accept and Read Profiles does not pose a significant concern. However while using a phone Microsoft Product and sending a confirmation to my Yahoo email account I never received email. I also note a few days ago an email to business sales account was rejected even though I just got an email to my inbox from the same email address earlier.

8. Yahoo Mail Pro

   I have been paying for Yahoo Mail Pro through my Apple Subscriptions for over a year now. I pay $9.99 a year for this service. I see all these advertisements about the “Priority Customer Service” that comes with this subscription, yet I can never find anywhere to reach customer service. I finally access my Yahoo Account through a web browser and it says I don’t have Yahoo Mail Pro, so I sign up for it again “starting a free 14 day trial”. I did this all just basically to get to customer service whom I could then address my questions to.

   I was informed apparently there is a “Yahoo Mail Pro for Mobile Devices” and then a “Yahoo Mail Pro”. Only the latter of the two actually includes the customer service. The first one just removes ads from the iOS App and that’s it. The second one removes ads from the mobile app but also removes ads from your account using a internet browser also, in addition to the customer service. The second service is $3.49 per month though (which is only available monthly and can not pay yearly any longer for some reason).

   Why name two services literally the exact same thing when they are so different? I know I am not the only person that has been confused by this. No where in my iOS App does it say “Yahoo Mail Pro ‘for Mobile Devices’”. It just says “Yahoo Mail Pro”. Let’s confuse everyone just a little more next time?

9. Open Contacts and Calendar in Full Page Mode

   Give users the option of automatically opening Contacts or Calendar in full page mode when they click on those icons. Currently, it pops up within the current window and gives limited space to do anything meaningful, especially when working on a laptop screen. It would be great if these just opened automatically in a new tab so that we could have more space to work. Granted, the Calendar pop-up does provide a link to open in full page mode, but that's just one more thing users have to click on to get to where they want to go in the first place. Thanks.

10. How do we get rid of the very ANNOYING module in our Yahoo Email Inbox???

    Please tell me how to STOP the "news" module that sits in my email box. I DO NOT like it. I already have Yahoo as home page ,so I can see ALL the news I want when I WANT. In my email,ALL I want to see is JUST MY EMAILS, NOTHING more. Please tell me how to stop this annoying feed into my email. Or, at least give us a working setting so we can stop it on our own . I see a button that show " Brealing news module in inbox", but it is NOT working! I have it of "off" ,but the module is STILL there . 18. Stop Flashy Ads in Email

    Please allow users to choose non-moving ads only in email. The flashy ads make it impossible to concentrate on business emails and cause migraines in some. I see a lot of other comments here saying the same. Many of us have been forced to divert our customers to other email services because of it. Thank you.
