I am not able to find my old email in yahoo. While I am able to view them when I am connecting to my yahoo account on MOBILE, the same is NOT reflecting when I am using my laptop.

Spam messages
Very frustrated with the Spam folder. Getting upwards of 30-40 spam messages per day. The blocking feature is not working. The blocking feature needs to be fixed and there needs to be a way to have previously blocked senders automatically deleted.

G or PG rated ads for children (or children who may see my screen)
I tutor elementary students. I receive their assignments via email. I share my screen when accessing their assignments. It would be helpful to have only G or PG rated ads so they are not exposed to ads for underwear, alcohol, or other adult content. Thank you.

Keep classic mail
Please do not get rid of classic mail or the ability to switch to classic mail. I do not like the new look and experience.

Settings Security and Privacy
Trying to add or block an email address and in the security and privacy and the ADD button does not work.

GIve us the full width back.
GIve us back the full email page width. Otherwise give us a setting we can use to increase the width enough to see the full email.

Spam filter
You gotta get a better Spam filter. I constantly apply the block sender/delete future emails/delete existing emails function...but I continue to get ads for Insurance, weight loss medication, and "Charming Ukrainian girls"...and no I dont want any of those things.

I am a researcher, and I work a lot with Yahoo email. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked because of the storage limitation law. I tried to pay for higher storage, but it was impossible. It was possible only for US customers. I need to get my emails urgently. Would you please help me with this problem? (haghighatshah@gmail.com)

Font size and screen visibility
Size of fonts and increasing visual compatibility.
Not everyone has 20/20 vision. A white screen with blue letters is VERY hard to read if you have visual issues. I am not blind, but a tiny font and bad coloring make me feel like I am. It is very frustrating, and very depressing. Can you PLEASE create a way so I can increase the font on the home screen, so I can see the list of emails easily without having to squint and get close to the screen? And can you set the fonts for emails so they stay the size… -

Settings menu difficult to find.
Would like an easier option to find the Settings page in Yahoo! Mail. It is moderately difficult to find and buried within another menu, in which it blends in, in Mail. Borderline caused a headache trying to find Dark Mode because it's buried within the "..." menu, which Settings is buried in, then which takes you to the menu where you can change the color of the background/theme. I feel like Settings should be easier to find, by simply clicking your initial/account button in the top right of the screens and having an option to go straight into your settings…
