Date column format to include time
I want the date and time of the email, not just the date in the layout. I don't want to open up the email to see what time it come in.

block adult content
There should be a setting to completely block all emails that include adult content. I want to block anyone (not just put it in another folder) that sends messages with words "nude" or "*****" or "adult dating" etc. I looked at the advice on how to set filters on another post, that does not solve my issue because all it says to do is send things to "spam" but then it's still accessible. I want to completely BLOCK those emails.

too many sign in screens
I love Yahoo mail and have used it for years! But having 3 different screens just to sign in is a waste of my time. Overkill on security. Can we have just 1 or maybe on 2 screens please??? One screen with user name and password ... PLEASE SIMPLIFY THE SIGN-IN PROCESS

Where is the delete button?
change the pictures to words. I can find the word "delete" much quicker than I can mouse over the pictures to find the delete button. I have no idea what the other pictures are unless I mouse over them every time.

Message tab setting on New Mail need improving
On Old Mail, I had message tabs that would go away after replying to or forwarding that particular message. I liked that setting, but now the message tabs just hang around no matter what until I go through and close them manually, which isn't nearly as useful as the old setting.

Create the prefix phone number for Kosovo as I cannot choose my phone number to recover. It is +383 for Kosovo.

should not have to adjust the width of column containing email every time i open email
Allow us to choose if we want the column containing emails minimized or maximized in the email settings so we don't have to adjust it FOR EVERY SINGLE EMAIL! 🤬

Password is too complicated
Password is too complicated! There are hundreds of threads on here that have been "Reviewed" and closed, all saying the same thing - YOUR PASSWORD POLICY IS TOO COMPLICATED!
My Yahoo account is harder to log into than my bank! It's nuts. I can no longer use a password because I have had to make it so obscure that there is no possible way for me to remember it, so now I don't even bother - I just click forgot password and have to wait for the code to arrive at my phone.
Or the other option, that probably millions…
